I know the management. They are very good and straight forward. They specifically fixed the price band on the lower side to leave something on the table to the investors and earn good name. Once the GST is implemented they will get lot of benefit and the share price is likely to touch minimum Rs. 500.

YOU MUST BE REGULAR INCOME TAX ASSESSEE AND YOU HAVE TO BE FILE INCOME TAX RETURN FOR THAT YEAR,OTHERWISE INCOME TAX NOTICE WILL COME TO FILE THE INCOME TAX RETURN And YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THE REPLY FOR NON FILING THE SAME.

To be an income tax assessee is not a pre-condition. Can you show me where it is shown? Filing income tax is dependent upon the income. Yes, the IT Department can send you a notice and you have to reply for sure. Even if you apply for below 2 lacs you can still get an IT notice as I have seen some share allocation appearing in my 26AS.

Lastly not only I file tax but pay a lot of taxes.
