Hello everyone...I applied 3 application, with one for 11 lots, which I was sure will get some allotment. However none was allotted to that too...it that correct?

My understanding is that retail was subscribed only 7 to 8 times, so application with 11 lots should get firm allotment.

Can someone explain the issue?

No. As per new rules min lot or max lot ration of allotment will be same. example suppose who applied one lot if ration 2:9 maximum lot also 2:9 not firm.
