@APU Each mandate has expiry date. Funds will release automatically on or before this date.
Next time onwards, try ASBA mode for applying.

@Chhote Lal ji,Tx for your input but its not viable to wait till 15 days mandate expiration date when it is a SHNI or BHNI blocked amt
@APU just visit branch you won't get reply in mail this is not private bank, noone will pick up phone or number would be out of service as expected.

@Ascension I agree, we cannot always wait for the mandate to expire. Have to apply other IPOs also and as you rightly mentioned being a public sector branch, one has to visit at least once to get the work done..👍👍

@Vimal Garodia @APU @Chhote Lal @Ascension Please be guided that sbi has already made available necessary sop to branches for unblocked amount through inb asba/upi asba/branch asba/syndicate asba to resolve customer complaints within time period.
Bank has taken this step to resolve the complaints obtained from various channels regarding unblocked amount.
Kindly contact your branch for resolution. It is wrongful to disseminate wrong information about sbi without contacting them. Please be advised accordingly.

@Ascension You may be aware that bHNI can not be applied through UPI. I agree, one can not just wait for mandate expiry. @Vimal Garodia But also recommended ASBA in my response above. I personally have no experience of SBI bank but have never ever faced any unblocking issue with other banks once applied using UPI mode. Generally prefer using ASBA most of the times and here too never faced any funds release issues at all.

@Chhote Lal ji, yes Im well aware, one can't apply HNI from UPI (1- 1.5 saal me forum ne kaafi chheje jaanne ko mili hai)
I should have said only SHNI.(and for a small guy like me it's a big thing if such amout gets blocked for a fortnight)

SBI se mail ka reply nahi aata,forget call reply I tried getting number from online,proved pointless, aur inka ground level experience me bhugat chuka hoon ,sir 15saal se account hai aur net banking me kabhi dikkat nahi hui is liye bana hua hoon.

I got this information for complaint resolution procedure from my RM recently. It was my duty to pass it here as CG members. I never felt any such issue with sbi while applying ipo from inb asba/upi asba. I contact my RM if needs be. In case i presented wrong facts to you, you may confirm it from any sbi branch. I just wanted to help you all for asba unblocked amount complaint resolution.

@APU Use UCO Bank accounts for ASBA. I using this account for many years and didnt face such problem. I am also not having a lot of funds so useing same funds in rotation for back to back IPO.

Tracking this from beginning...

From my personal opinion, current upmove seems to be an operator game only to trap retailers (As nothing significant happened regarding this stock) ... Aim might be to first get the price raised using muscle power (capital) and then exit when sufficient upmove has occured.

views are personal not an advice to buy/sell/hold/exit.

@GAUTAM GOYAL I also entered@42 with multiple lots. I will advise that you may exit from it if you need money for upcoming ipos. Overall company is available at good price with working in promising sector which is also flourishing with favourable decisions from current regime. Company is also expanded with new capacity which may improve its financial in near term. In view of the above, i will suggest to hold it upto your risk appetite.

Congratulations to the all shareholders of Vraj iron. I applied it but not lucky enough to get the allotment in Vraj. Although no regret for it.

I bought Vraj in Pre opening session @240 and now it's in upper ckt. I hope that tomorrow also the uc will be there.
