Not true. If someone has applied 50 lots, still has a chance of 1 in 6 lottery to get one lot. (and so on)
Need to see some minimum no of shareholders (and not corner the entire shares)

If someone was applied for 50 lots they won’t get. I’m for sure. I spoke to one of the merchant banker.

2CR HNi size of total equity of vivo leads to 152 lots. Total applied lots are 292x152=44384 lots. To fill it with each PAN applying 200 lot leads to total 222 different PANs. if basis of allotment is confirmed allotment for application with size more than 200, then yes, all other application with less than 200 are put into dustbin, provided there are 222 people applying more than 200x. . It wont be surprise to have 222 people applying 222×2.6cr= 577 cr size total hni money when no other IPO took that HNI money. But i think people with 200x to 292x will also be part of lottery but with more higher weightage/chances.

According to me a HNI applying for 50 lots has 50/293 chance= 17% chance.
So if 6 HNI have applied for 50 lots, one lucky (like me) will get 1 lot.

Avenue i dont think you are right.
