and as many of our forum members (like @lokes, @Noorul..etc) insists again and again, SME is not for weak hearted, only for those who has high risk appetite.

@noorul, Thought you will hold NRL for some times.
Thanks

@Mravi: ya, i am also holding aptus from 3 accounts, sold from 1 account today at 370, holding remaining two. Rategain I sold all lots after listing in 2-3 days at 370 and above 400. @noorul: yesterday you might have sold nupur then. So you didn''t hold on nupur for longer as you informed and discussed for nupur and vivo ?

And congrats@Mravi sir for rategain, i remember you got huge allotment here so finally so you are having good profits here, may be you can look for booking partial profit here to reduce further risk.
@lokes . Der was lack of buyers from last few days.. will buy it again if comes down. Anyways holding vivo now. And 2.5 lakh profit from nupur not bad.
Finally VIVO turns the tide. "Soo Sunaar ki aur Ek Luhaar ki" 20% UC in preopen... Expecting more upside. My first SME and will hold it till I can.... Happy Makar Sakranti to all ........

@noorul: ya these phases of LC UC both will come definitely in journey of long holding, i already told you that you need to stand strong...no share rises one way, prevest, bew, eki etc all had gone through these....and buying again is usually very tough once we sell something, i took that strong decesion in DMR.... anyways congrats for good profit and good luck for vivo and timescan. I am holding ab cotspin and will hold until Circuit limit change atleast to see further movement. @avenue: it opened at same price as yesterday not 20% UC in preopen....uc hit later. Congrats for the UC :)
@lokes, yes you are right, I have only 1682 shares of rate gain (Aptus: 8000 shares). I will sell all rate gain in the coming days as suggested. (Aptus, for me its long time holding. it could be multibagger in few Quarters along with Sansera. its my personal opinion only)
My average is 355 and already at massive loss. When will the buying start in this trade?
I believe it is trading under PE of 15 and being a tech org deserves a PE of atleast 30.
This has been the most idiotic investment of mine and I’m not sure till when the lower Circuits will continue. Where are the IPO giant subscribers? Why they have not been re investing thier profits and gain more from this stock. @anant aggarwal @lokesh and many more…. Was this just a trap for retail cx like us?
There were so many people saying they loaded money to buy at 250, 275… where are those people now?
It was clear operator game only with baseless discussions on the group

@neim: how can you trust anyone here and buy at such high prices in preopen? You need to take buy/sell decision as per your risk, not as per exaggerated prices/targets given here on forum. On listing day itself, i informed you my opinion on your post.
LC MAY BREAK around 250-290 range, May be stock is worth of value 200-230 , agree that 300+ is not a buy range of this stock. cloud based IP voice applications there are many companies are in this area including giants like cisco, AVAYA, NICE, genesys, + lots of small players. This company dont have anythink unique like EKI or Prevest denpro.
@ The BuLLz EyE Everybody agree that u r the RJ of Stock Markets. Any other purpose of becoming apne muh miya mithu and again and again posting that u sold all alloted 100 lots @ UC ??????????????????????
Whoever purchased in the listing are booking loss, this indicates it may settle around 200 range or even below.

Both Alpha Leon (purchaser) and Mansi (seller) are related parties and have a relationship. They made the trade to show that there is activity in the stock. This is effectively a wash trade with no meaning. If this was a real trade Alpha Leon would buy from the Open market in a single trade with more than 1.5 lakh shares available.
Since VIVO listed at quite high listing price than it was expected, additional new demand at increased price is virtually doesn''t exist.
If no one is willing to buy more than "last transacted price" and no one is willing to sell less than "last transacted price" then no transaction will take place and stock price will continue to stay where it is.
In this situation there are two options:
1. Person who doesn''t wishes to sell below "last transacted price", can wait till some positive event in the company which will motivate investors to buy at a price which is higher than "current transacted price".
2. Person who doesn''t wishes to buy above "last transacted price", can wait till some negative event in the company which will motivate existing holders to sell at a price which is lower than "current transacted price".
Remember waiting in SME stocks has its own risk and it all depends if the company shows IMPROVED (positive) or DETERIORATING ( negative) performance/event next time and what is the degree of IMPROVEMENT or DETERIORATION.
Suggest to play as per your own risk profile and not guided by unnecessary euphoria or extreme pessimism.
- If no one is willing to buy at a price even much lower than "last transacted price", it may indicate that current trend in the stock is significantly down and next transaction will be expected to happen at much much lower than "last transacted price". Again this may indirectly mean that market may be waiting for circuit breaker (here LC) to expand before any transaction happens........
Remember in normal environment everything depends on the company''s short term performance but if a very adverse event takes place for overall economy and stock market then there will be a very significant risk for SME investors which will be much more severe than the risk for investors in main board equity companies.
This is not to scare anyone in anyway ..just elaborating different scenarios for the benefit of everyone especially new SME investors.
No there will be lower rates, since 2 days it''s 289.30/- but there is no buyer So rates are not coming down. Price will come down if there is a single lot traded at 289.30/-. Wait for circuit to revise to 10℅ or 20℅ than some demand may come & people get chance to exit
People who got allotment to Vivo please answer- All shares got sold or still waiting for buyers? A question to SME experts- How many days it will take usually to sell all allotted shares from an SME IPO?
Dear all, My amount of VIVO IPO application has not been unblocked till now. What to do??

Don''t worry mine is stuck too, in future never apply by UPI and wait for the mandate to end by 7th Jan and check on 8th Morning if you still don''t see the amount returned then write to : ipo.upi@npci.org.in with the UPI id and details to enable them to cancel the mandate at their end.

Congratulations man.... enjoy your new year.... you took right decesion to book very good profit and that too at right point else still in mind, thoughts would be there like till how long LC will be there etc etc , now tension free enjoyment :) Happy New year to you 🎈🎉
1) Hither to I was busy with filling Income Tax Return to one of my relatives and hence could not see the messages throughout the day. 2) Happy to see the message of RJ Rocks that he got allotment of 1 lot out of 2 retail applications, the category of which was oversubscribed for 273 times. 3) Again happy to see that he has sold his lot at UC rate which was holding for not even half minute in the market. Congrats to him. 4) Of course, I also got one lot in HNI category and sold it for Rs.352/- at 10:00:42 hours at the third attempt in the ICICI DIRECT website. 5) I had kept the market order ready by 09:59:00 and as soon as the rates started moving in the screen, I pressed the PROCEED button (Perhaps by 10:00:30 hours. Though people say real time rates are quoted, it takes about 30 seconds to appear in our screen), but the lethargic ICICI DIRECT did not execute my order. By seeing the rejection message, I immediately pressed the BACK button and then PROCEED button for the same market order. This time also, the ICICI DIRECT was not ready to process my order. Only in the third attempt, my sell order was pushed into NSE and got executed at Rs.352/- with opportunity loss of Rs.32,000/-. I am not facing this kind of problem in Zerodha. 6) Experts may kindly convey their experience with ICICI DIRECT and intimate whether any other method is there to push the order by 10:00:01 hours for IPO allotted shares on the listing day in ICICI DIRECT. I am not interested in pre-open orders. 7) Though I have booked highest record breaking profit of Rs.4.32 lakhs (earlier one is Sigachi for Rs.1.19 lakhs), I feel I am cheated by ICICI DIRECT. 8) Happy new year to all.
@DEVBULL, I have also ICICI Direct A/C but still not got the SME allotment in it. I have few question as below: 1 .Is there any manual process involves for SME stock or it get automatically allocated for sale in portfolio like main IPO ? 2.Since ICICI Direct does not deal directly in SME IPO and it needs to apply through Bank login. Your reply will help. Thanks and happy new year 2022.

@Devbull I have placed limit order of 371.9 but I was really lucky that my order execute at 372.85 at sharp 10:00:03 in Zerodha otherwise I also have to sell at LC or near by 350.

@RJ Rocks: 1) Well-done. Congrats. I follow the same method in Zerodha. That is placing limit order for the opened amount at 9.45 am + small margin of amount to catch the first up move. If started moving downward, immediately I will change the limit order into market order and get it executed. 2) In the case of ICICIDIRECT, I very well know the slow and lethargic process of initial orders of SME IPOs at listing time. It takes off after several seconds only and not exactly by 10:00:01 hours. After seeing the exorbitant and unimaginable opening rate at 09:45:00 hours, I simply changed my strategy and placed market order instead of limit order and got it executed at 3rd attempt in ICICI DIRECT. This fellow is not investor friendly for small and medium investor. Slow and lethargic attitude, doing day end process after 10 pm, charging high brokerage, frequent software problem (My HNI applications for two very good IPOs submitted well before 3 pm were rejected with the remarks “issue is already closed”), not keeping data for rejected applications in the system, not resolving investor’s complaint in such cases etc. etc.
@Dinesh Singh 1) Yes. Please do one time manual process. Go to “Demat Allocation” , press “Allocate” and then press “Auto Allocation of shares”, then keep the radio button “Yes” and then press “Submit request” button. This is one time process only. All your future IPO allotted shares (both main and SME) coming to your Demat A/c will get allocated automatically and kept ready for sale in the system.
2) Yes. Whatever new SME/Main IPOs not visible in the ICICI DIRECT can be applied through ICICI BANK. Once got executed, this can be seen in the ORDER BOOK of ICICI DIRECT with yellow colour.
@ Lokes , Avenue, Noorul and all other members. IPO application in HNI Category can only be made using ASBA through the net-banking or Mobile banking / visit the bank branch and apply in the paper form. If the Cutoff for HNI is 3 PM how come HNI subscription data is getting increased after 3PM ?. Is there any bank allowing HNI applications after 3 PM . Please clarify this .

there is no answer to this question, means there are no known banks who provide after 3pm via online ASBA (some broker might be giving time till 3.30pm). Only mode is offline submission in some banks till 4pm 0r till 3.45pm may be (no idea which one). Exchanges allows till 4pm submission of bids in HNI category. But which bank/broker/institution allowing till then, no idea. Bidding to exchange from banks also takes some time, so that is also one reason for subscription increase, after 3pm for applications which were applied after 2.55pm in banks.
@ Lokes, I am also in the same understanding , but in CMS page another member given note that ICICI allows HNI applications after 3 . Any ICICI Bank HNI applicants in this forum can confirm on this.
HDFC Sec allows till 3 pm for HNI and till 4 pm for retail. Seamless process without any glitch. Max 5 seconds to apply for an IPO once u login to their mobile app. HNI application is allowed only via ASBA while ASBA / UPI can be used for retail applications. I feel ASBA should only be used for IPO applications. If by 3.55 pm, you are not sure that the IPO is worth applying that you wish to have the UPI option, then the IPO should be skipped totally.
Even, I have read in the other forum about ICICI allowing BEYOND the allowed time... but, I wouldn"t depend on that. They might anytime decide to implement the cutoff to what they have originally declared.
M.K , Thanks for sharing the details on HDFC . i am using RBL , which has almost same functions . Just raised this question out of curiosity. Thanks again for your response.
@Lokes ... I mailed ICICIdirect and thay have confirmed that HNI application cutoff time is 3:00 pm. However as I find ICICI customer care to be pathetic, to my 2nd question of revision cutoff time they have replied that revision cutoff time is 1:00 pm Ha Ha. They maintain even after my second mail and after having said that how could I revise by HNI Bid after 3:15 pm if cutoff is 1:00 pm. But original application cutoff time for HNI is 3:00 pm
ICICIMail ---->
Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Securities. With reference to your mail, We wish to inform you that cut off time for HNI application in IPOs is 3:00 pm. Further, cut off time for revising already submitted HNI applications in IPOs is 1:00 pm. Also, there is no limit on number of revisions allowed within allowed time
We thank you for giving us an opportunity to be of service to you. Sincerely,

@avenue: thanks for checking. anyways ya they give mostly general replies and sometimes software works other way too, like for edit as you mentioned. In other instance, in zerodha, customer care person told that we cant short sell shares for ipo on listing day but i tried in supriya with 1 share and it was working. Even on their website it was mentioned that intraday not allowed for ipos on listing.
I purchased a lot at 355.1 (listing price). What do I do? I’m a retail investor with limited funds. I thought of taking a risk, but is it worth it? Please suggest as I see a lot of you are experts.

@Neim: don''t just go with the flow always....you need to think of risk always while buying at so high.... whoever allotted got at 82 so for them some lower circuits won''t matter much but for new buying, this was not the right price to buy and that too when as you told u r retail investor with limited funds. Around max till 200 it was ok to buy in preopen but since listing was well above expectations so it has hit LC after hitting initial UC. I feel LC may continue for some days since still price is too high so either you can hold for longer to get your price back with capital blocked or put sell around 350 today to get out if any pop is coming in between. Good luck. No idea till where it will go down.
How can I exit as zerodha says that shares are not settled in the account. How can I negotiate at discount? Please help me with a way out.

@neim: ya you cant sell today itself, i missed that time. All sme IPOs are in t2t segment after listing so whoever buying on listing day cant sell upto 2 days....you can sell only on Wednesday now, shares will be credited to your zerodha demat account by Tuesday evening or night. So this point also everyone should consider while buying in preopen at such high price. I also wanted to buy it today but upto 200 rs only, added that much funds only in my zerodha. You can just hope that circuit will open soon else you may loose around 20% of your capital upto Wednesday if it''s keep hitting LC till then. Don''t go with too much of optimism here in forum for new buying taking such high risk, use your analysis and consider all options...i already told that whoever allotted in ipo, for them it won''t matter much if hitting some lower circuits since they got at 82.
Well said @Lokes. Even I was in double mind to buy at Preopen. But seeing 350+ I thought it may hit LC which happened. Very tricky to take decision, as Nupur had hit more than 7 UCs from listing.
Even HPA had hit 4 UCs. Never know when they will hit UC or LC.
Even CMS today up by 15% after listing with 2 times subscription where as rate gain starred at 15% lower with so much subscription.
@neilm.. i dont think you need to b more worried about that purchase of yours.. its just a profit booking today.. about 170 lots traded today in all over 330 lots. So more than 50% investor booked profit and remaining many lots are in hand of strong buyer and those who r going to hold it for long term. So may b we can witness one or two more lower circuit but ones sme get d momentum back than it will cover it back. For more than 50% people now buying price is above 5lakh not 130000rs. Vivo subscription figures are not ordinary one. Just give it some time.
@Lokes and other experts... one query to help understanding LC. Reply pl.
VIVO lists @355.1 and hits LC @337.35 which is 5% lower then listing price. LC means further fall is not allowed. My question can a person still Buy or Sell @337.35
@NeilM... Ideally you should have asked before buying at such a high price... Now as you have already bought it, it depends on your risk apetite. Being a Retailor with limited funds my suggestion would be to get out of this stock with 10-15% loss. However being a SME now you will have 2 days to see the price movement and act accordingly immediately after 2 day period.

@suneel: ya if some ipo opens well below expectations then it moves higher after listing like tarsons/nupur etc and if some list too much above expectations then this vivo kind of scenario is possible. it was too much hype created here. In the end, profit is profit when it is booked. Still everyone can behave in different way. In HPA/cms, both i applied both not allotted, HPA i sold today at upper circuit price 407 my 100 shares which i bought in preopen at 315. I tried for short term play only and am happy with this profit. cms i missed to check/buy in preopen as i was monitoring this vivo. @noorul: subscription for jhandewala foods were much higher 4 years back if we consider amount, just giving example. Anyways my view is unbiased here in vivo and i feel here at this price , profit booking should have been done like big people are doing and for retailers it was too risky to buy at this price. Again it can be bought at lower price later. Even nupur also may break UC in 1-2 days as per volumes so better to book profit there also for short term. Anyways i may also be wrong and its just my opinion, i know u have enough experience and will decide properly. @captainjack : you cant compare this with kotyark since there listing price was at par and here its more than 4 times. @avenue: yes like all other shares, simply it can also be traded at LC, whoever placing buy order at 337.35 will get it, you can see that volumes have increased after hitting LC means some buying has happened at LC price. And as you asked "I also think no buyer and 32 sellers only in VIVO indicate further LC ?? "" -> yes until some big player will come to buy more shares at LC prices, since retailers will not be buying much now at this price and that too in LC , it may go upto 280-300 before LC opens in my view (means 2-3 more LC), but no surety, may be Monday also it opens if someone comes to buy more.
What a huge listings it has! Envy greatly to them whom got allotment All the best to them for booking unprecedented profit By the way you all allotees deserve one thing from us Biggest Happy new year guys.... Just enjoy ❤️
Faad dala boss, I had kept 3l in account to buy on listing but even that fell shot. shooping 4l profit on listing.. congrats to all those who got allotment.. happy new year to all.. GO corona!!

What do you think how much low will it go? Do you think I should exit at 280-290 types? Zerodha is not letting me sell and may have to sell on tuesday or wednesday!

@NeilM I sold through zerodha today May be your totp is no enable.
@MRavi This IPO set an example that going forward in all SME''s you will have a tough competition from other investors, looks like company financials doesn''t mean anything, it''s only the subscription rates for listing price.
All SME company owners from now will be happy as I can sense most of the SME IPO''s subscription rates will go high atleast for couple of months until people realize there are no buyers at listing price....
and ppl who books short term gain should book loss in any other short term and adjust this profit for the timing :) and buy that loss script again tomo :) so no tax even on it for the timing...
