@Ravu, Thanks for reply, Yes, there is no any specific benefit with respect to Taxations, and can only consider to exercise this option for Buybacks time, instead of buying in guardian account and then performing offline transfer process, we can directly buy in minor account for participating in buyback offer.

Anybody pl say Who are considered as NII in SME IPOs? Whether individuals can apply in SME IPO in NII catagory. If so, What should be application money?

Can an individual investor be both HNI and retail? For example: if 1 lot is for Rs. 1,10,000/- and an individual applies for 2 lots, then he becomes HNI and the same individual can also also be called as retail application if he applies for another single lot as the retail application?

Person can apply as Retail or HNI for a single PAN.
If he applies both on single PAN, both applications will be rejected

Their website don't even have a SSL certificates. Website is insecure means IPO is not good for me.

I don't think it will matter as it is not a online business , the site contain few static pages.

I am from IT background and I know that website SSL certificate expiry and renewal is a routine thing. I do not find major issue with the the SSL certificate date being recent.

When a company deals with the government as a client, they may not give much importance to website or branding. Government entities call for competitive bids and the contracting companies submit the bids. The lowest one gets the work awarded (May be some payment under the table). So, website & it's security is non-issue.

@CSK thanks for calling me Sir but I am just a small student in this world.

The best way to analyze any company is visiting there and talk with the people out there. Study their Balance sheet and P&L Account.

I remember telling in this IPO forum about veritoz company where I used to work and its my friends company. Some people were telling is it worth to apply , I said go for it as it is a genuine company and see now it is where..

You also need to understand the business of company, is it running successfully, what will be implication of any circumstances (ie. Covid or some situation like this).

One major factor ask your self is this company necessity or Luxury.

You will find the answer by yourself. Don't go behind GMP, Full subscription data. It can be misrepresented by operator.

So if I see as on now 6-9-22 23.15 this IPO is subscribed only 2.89 times and showing no GMP on any website but my heart says it will be Golden Horse and more you hold more you earn.

@Rafiq .boss you are bang on. Transmission infra business is proxy to infrastructure and green energy. Today government declared that very soon comes out with new transmissions policy.big positive for Adani as per media report .
