Skyline wont accept third party asba applications. Your application will be rejected saying "third party ", if u apply via third party ASBA UPI.

That depends upon how many applicants are with 10 lots, & how much is hni oversubscription by application no. Generally around 15%.

can anyone suggest which is good broker for applying in SME IPOs, who allows both BSE SME and NSE SME IPO application. I am confused among Upstocks, Zerodha and Prostocks. Or is there any better one than these 3?
Also please suggest which broker is good for opening minor Demat account?

For SMEs it's proportional basis.
I.e. in case it's 10X subscription and you apply an application with 10 lots. You will get 1 lot.
