Check out this link while doing very basic due diligence about the company. They don't even hold a prominent office in a locality where established firms operate. I have reserved my doubts about the creditworthiness of promoters.

Exactly - Why wouldn't they wait for a year or so and do a mainboard listing rather than waiting for 2 years for migration to mainboard after SME IPO?

Especially since financials are also steadily improving!

Everything was good until I reached contingent liabilities. 28 cr tax liabilities of Company and a whopping 382 cr tax matters of associate company. What in the world did the associate do to arrive at such figure of liability.
