Nelcast Limited to list on June 27

Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Wednesday, June 27,2007, the equity shares of Nelcast Limited (Scrip Code: 532864) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group Securities.

The company issued shares at a price of Rs.219/- per share (Face Value of Rs.10/- and premium of Rs.209/-) in the recently concluded IPO.

The Registrar to the issue is Bigshare Services Private Limited. ICICI Bank Ltd has a stake of 1.67333% (291164 shares) stake in the company.

The ISIN code of the company is INE189I01016.

The equity shares of Nelcast Limited (Symbol: NELCAST) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange w.e.f. June 27, 2007. Trading shall be in the Normal Market segment - Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.

Hey Amey... Sorry for that info.... Was expecting the allotments to be out yesterday.. But turned out to be a hoax.. Was counting on my previous experience with MIC Electronics IPO prior to which the site was closed so as to load the allotments data..Same thing happened yesterday as well,... but allotments never came out!

Allotment is done or not? please let me know if anyone has the info.

If you have applied for maximum lot, then your chances are 1:3. All the best. Keep your fingers crossed. Even if not allotted, buy on the opening day and you will sure make money.
