MPIPO is talking about another group company that's listed i.e., promoters have connection. You are talking businesses in similar lines. First one is important. But there are so many issues including numbers changing from DRHP to RHP. I am not even wasting much time reading both DRHP and RHP in details.

Anyone knows how numbers are changing between DRHP and RHP? Seems fishy completely. Also, we should remember LM Track Record. Please review numbers line by line between DRHP and RHP.

Sir your reviews matter most particularly in SMEs. Usually I take decision after reading your reviews and it benefits a lot not only to me but 1000s of members who visit this forum on regular basis. One thing I have noted that there is direct co-relation between your reviews and subscription numbers. Most of the time SMEs are subscribed more than 10x in which you are giving ' Go ahead ' signal. Recent example is today's closing numbers of 4 SMEs.

This 55k is coming from 3cr spent for IPO issuance?? Anyidea !! I have no access to grey so will not apply here. With 3 cr, more than 500 lots can be bought in grey spending 55k/lot (my thinking, not sure about this).
Don't go by my words and take your decision on own.

As per RHP one thing negetive it's DEBT. Debts high. Inventory Approx equal to debts. If we attribute eps post ipo P.E. comes near by 31. Although risky bet but intresting. Let's see how take it market . BUT SUTTA TO PAKKA HOGA.
