@CA Sunil, My 2 RBL accounts having same issues (even TMB not there, only 2 rights issue option exist). I contacted the Branch manager, there is some upgrading work in the page, should be available by tonight. Please check and complain to your branch manager if its not done by 8pm
Same problem occred for me also, wrote emails to cc, as well as dedicated asba team as well. Yet to receive response. But it is strange and first time happened in my last one year rbl experience.
RBL bank's Technical department failed in updating the IPO's on portal for asba and not possible to start tommorow. This shows the level of bank. Very irresponsible management not giving satisfactory reply.
I think, pure dependents like me on RBL ASBA system are going to loose opportunity in current running IPOs (most importantly some potential positive listing candidates like Virtuoso, Viviana, and Fex also). also surprised to see even main board IPO TMB is missing. I dont think it is any technical glitch / system updation / maintenance etc. etc., if this was the case, bank has to communicate through emails, which it was doing actually for internet banking / NEFT related issue updations frequently, if any. It may be gross level mistake like relevant section people unavailability, it may happen as small and medium scaled banks generally have limited manpower to each section - Its a just guess, not sure though. Anyway, at this point, we cannot do anything except writing emails to CCs and logging complaint and contacting branch / RM While sending email to CC, please also mark to ASBA section in RBL at below mail id: asba_ops at rblbank dot com So far Bank services are actually very good, but this ASBA section is turned out somewhat unreliable, two times SME applications got rejected (in last 12 months) due to late bidding upload from bank side, when contacted, they are replying with simple excuses and sorry every time.
