There is no lock in for RII and HNI. You can sell it freely same as mainboard IPOs. But i have faced issues with Groww Demat Account. Groww does not allow SME shares to be sold on the listing day. After listing day it can be sold. Hope it helps.
I realized that in SME allotment in HNI is on the basis of proportion not lottery but here I saw a comment that in HNI oversubscribed, 1 lot to all subscriptions in lottery system, then rest on the proportion basis, correct me if I am wrong?
Also what's the probability of HNI category allotment, is it better than retail? I am going to apply in a while, please give your inputs.
So, If there any chance to get allotment? when I applied 2 LOT (worth Rs.224000) through HNI category?

@ Akas, yes. Some chance will be there. All 2 lots applications will be clubbed and there will be draw amongst those for the alloted lots in that category.
@ Trueinfoji, Lokes ji, MRavi ji, Noorul ji, svh ji, Ipo bhakt and all other respected experts, I am new to applying SME IPOs, please help me with some queries: 1. If I apply for 2 lots from 5 accounts, so would there be a chance of getting allotment in all 5 accounts or would it be lottery based? 2. If I get allotment, Will I get one lot or 2 lots in each account?
Thanks in advance.

@Ipo HSL 1. If you apply for 2 lots from 5 accounts, there will be equal chance of getting allotment in any or all 5 accounts and it would be lottery based. 2. You Will get one lot only in oversubscribed issues.
