​@CHOBBARSAAB Its tough, when you hold it. You find it in lower circuit post listing. Even one can not deny that selling is easy after pre open nowadays. Plz be guided accordingly.

If the company is not good then there might be lower circuits for days and you cannot exit easily.

If the operators decide to move the stock around then we cannot do anything about it.

If the markets are volatile then again no one can say anything.

So, if you really want to exit, then exit in pre open on listing day. Here also you might not get the price you want but you will be able to exit..

If you take note of this then you should be able to sell SME on listing day..

Will you please tell me that selling is easy in SME or its trap kind of thing,,, i am little confused.

Hi. I have got an allotment in this. Current GMP has reduced to around 43% from the earlier 73%. Can you please guide me as to whether to sell on listing if the GMP is around 43% or Hold for some time and wait for appreciation.

i think you should hold as GMP may be down because of Poll predictions. Once the results are declared which hopefully i feel BJP 300 + will give boost to the market and you will get good returns for your patience. Rest is upto you :)

Why GMP is falling from morning ? It was around 70% in the morning but now its 54%

First of all, congratulations on successful allotment.

Now, I see this as bubble being created for now, across all the open IPOs, the fall in GMP. Do not worry, this is a good company, even if it lists at current GMP or lower, it will go up in short term. If you applied only for listing gains, you can exit it with good profits on listing day.

Same feeling. Now totally dependent on exit polls. Will hold for long term if lists below 50%. Good profit making company can double from here easily.

This is mainly because the issue size is larger when compared to other regular SME issues. The GMP is falling for all IPOs that are open.
