QIB Subscribed 13 times!! while Employee subscription is not even 1 time!! and HNI only 1 time.. i think poor subscription in HNI, Employee and Retail is due to over pricing. However, didnt understand why QIB subscribed 13 times!!
Im waiting for this IPO from 2 months, kept funds ready as Vijaya Diagnostics is one of the organised diagnostics player that I used to rely on but couldnt apply unfortunately due to over pricing.

Growth has been impressive for this company over many years now and financial are strong, he further said.

In comparison to its peers like Dr Lal Path Labs, it is a small company. But the growth is good on a low base. The company is also debt free with significant cash in hand, the Managing Editor said.

The cash flow is continuous. The valuations are reasonable.

However, the negative is that the entire proceeds of the issue is going to the promoters and not to the company as the issue is fully Offer for Sale (OFS). There is nothing for expansion or capital expenditure.

There is a need for capex, Singhvi opined. The entire business is in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. They need to expand in terms of Geography, he further said.

The business is very competitive with a lot of big players.



The investors must not apply for listing gains, SInghvi said adding that it is not expected to be very significant. He advises investment with a long term view.

Aptus 1.35X subscribed and almost full allotment for 1 lot and proportionate allotment for 2 and above lots in retail.

Vijaya likely to be undersubscribed like Aptus. UPI mandate likely to be lapsed.

yes after multiple upi mandate rejections, looks like it will be firm and full allotment to everyone in retail, someone if apply for 13 lots will get full 13 lots

Avoid this one friends , it will list in discount , better to buy after listing when it corrects a little.

Instead of Vijaya @5500cr market cap, other good alternatives are Thyrocare @6600cr or Fortis Healthcare @20000cr (includes one of the biggest Diagnostic company - SRL Diagnostics)

In the closing hours, the Lead Managers will search for "some Sacrificial Goats", for subscription, hence there is no doubt that the issue will be fully subscribed.

Further, as long as KOTAK is one of the Lead Manager, the chances for discount listing is very high, since pricing will be very agrressive.

Coming to the present issue, it may even list at premium since there may not be much selling pressure, and most of the applications could be on compulsion rather voluntorily.
