Reserve& Surplus is Negative
Huge borrowings of above 2 lac Crore

...to 18000 Cr me iska kya hi hoga?
10 rupaye me bhi iska share kyun lena chahiye?
shouldnt the value be negative?
isnt the company going to die sooner or later?

How this 18K Crore will take the company out of the quagmire?

Suppose this huge FPO gets oversubscribed only after considering bids of lower rates ( say Rs. 10 ) and therefore decides to lower the final subscription/allotment rate to Rs. 10.00.

What will the allotment rate be for bHNI & sHNI who have bid @ 11.00?

What rate will they be allotted? Rs. 10.00 (final rate) or Rs. 11.00 (Bid rate)?

No, it's not Bharti hexa effect.
After all vi is live trading at 13.15, recently made high of 17+.
These valuations are considering present loss. Big issue size, I think this OFS as good opportunity.

Please share your calculations for BHNI... As per me Bharti had approx 50k applications. Idea needs 84k applications for full subscription.

In that case, can BHNI have full allotment of 10L?

​@Rajkumar Bhuj - full 10 lakh allotment will be only in case if bHNI is unsubscribed amount wise as well (<1x overall).
Looking at the overall scenario and Grey market activities, full 10 lakh allottment may not be possible. I'm expecting between 2-3 lakhs worth of allotment for an application worth 10 lakh.

If it was open only for shareholders, then it would have been a Rights issue, not FPO.

Your avg price would get reduced to 12rs,. The advantage of fpo is that Someone having shares at lower amount can avg up and then sell at listing.
Ps- No recommendations on this fpo though. Almost 9000cr will be available on listing, so selling pressure will nullify whatever premium is there.
