@Tejas Pandya TejasBhai, for me this is not a perplexing situation. I will take the final call on the stock's closing on the last day of its FPO. Thinking to apply but still undecided between FF and LF for listing gains.
If I apply, I'll apply for listing gains only.Regarding long-term investments, I refrain from acquiring significant stakes as I firmly believe that stocks with over ownership seldom benefits investors.
The debt levels of VI are elevated, which has been a major concern for us. The proceeds from the FPO are expected to be utilized for debt reduction, potentially enhancing VI's financial standing. However, in this highly competitive sector(giant players JIO&Airtel), I perceive the company to be trapped in a cycle of failure from which it cannot swiftly recover. Stock price may experience a 2-2.5x growth in two years, but I prefer to take risks where the potential reward appears more promising. Therefore, I am not allocating a substantial quantity for the long term.
The strategy doesn't entail long-term holding; therefore, we should consider it with an eye on potential listing gains.
