Cut off time for ICICI netbanking ASBA?

3 for BHNI & 4 for Retail, SHNI

I am lil confused here, is there Lottery system allotment or Proportionate basis allotment in bHNI & sHNI ? any expert who can answer accurately?

Rules have changed, every category is lottery now.
But in this ipo bhni may remain undersubscribed application wise, hence you may get 2lk worth + some extra shares on your application. Shni is gonna subscribe fully as per participants.

This also hints about the demand out there. Mostly these guys will buy some shares on listing again to move their avg holding price. Most probably.

After listing, existing VI price shall come down to match with this FPO value.
So, is it worth to buy in FPO or on listing day?

We have recent examples of FPO of yes Bank and Ruchi Soya
You can check how both behaved pre listing,at the time of listing and afterwards

Past is not a guarantee for future. I feel very difficult for oversubscription. You will get the shares and price will come close to 11.50 in a week

Due to lower share price and huge issue size, the shares offered are 16 BILLION shares. I am not sure, when was the last time any company offered billions of shares in an issue.

Is there any kind of issue had occurred in previous FPO where we couldn't sell in pre-open ?
I am having account in Zerodha, Upstox, angel one and 5paisa.

One more thing - Is the ISIN for FPO shares will be same with already listed shares OR can be different ?
Any Comments/ Issue on same or different ISIN ?

No issues in Zerodha to place order in pre-open session. ISIN will be identical.
