जिन लोगों ने एक 2 लाख +/- की आवेदन फिक्स में बेची है, उन्होंने प्रत्येक के लिए 14 लॉट खरीदी है, अर्थात (18172 शेयर्स x 11 =) 1,99,892 रुपये की खुदरा आवेदन भरनी होगी।

जिन लोगों ने एक 2 लाख +/- की आवेदन subject में बेची है, उन्होंने प्रत्येक के लिए 15 लॉट खरीदी है, अर्थात 214170 रुपये (19470 शेयर्स x 11 =) की एसएचएनआई आवेदन भरनी होगी। आपका क्या विचार है?

​@GJ Eighteen Retail has better chance of full allotment whereas in case of sHNI one may miss out. Hence, better to apply in retail.

મને તો એવું સમજાય છે કે આમાં ફિક્સ વાળા માં પન્ટર ને વધુ રૂપિયા મળશે. જ્યારે સબ્જેક્ટ 2 વાળા દ્વારા રિટેઇલ અને shni નું બેલેન્સિંગ કરતા હશે.

આમ તો શરૂઆતમાં ફિક્સ ના ભાવ થી જ ચાલુ થયું તું. પણ પછી ખાસ્સા દિવસ સુધી તો sub 2 માં સોદા થતાં જ હતા. એ પણ લગભગ ફિકસ કરતા 2.2x ભાવ પર.

આમાં મારા મત બુજબ 2 શક્યતા ઓ બંધ બેસે છે.
1. જેમ @Bullrunner  સાહેબ એ કીધુ એ પ્રમાણે અલગ અલગ સિટી ના દલાલો પાસે થી બાયર એ ડેટા મેળવી લીધો હોય અને એ પ્રમાણે કોશિશ એ કરતા હોય કે બધા કેટેગરીમાં થી એલોકો ને એલોટમેન્ટ મળે એટલે બેલેન્સ બનાવવા માટે આધે ઇધર જાઓ અને આઘે ઉધર જાઓ એવું કર્યું હોય શકે. જો આમ હોઈ તો બોવ સારી વાત છે. અને એવું માની શકાય કે રિટર્ન આશા મુજબ નું મળશે.

2. જામનગર નરેશ @Jamnagar IPOholic

In my opinion, two options can be considered:
1. Like Bullrunner, sir, who deals with brokers from different cities to get data from outside and tries to balance allocations from all categories, so going here and there to make it work. If successful, it's a good idea. And if it works out as expected, there will be returns.

2. Jamnagar IPOholic, on the other hand, may try defensive trading. If allocations are less and available at cheaper prices, it might be worth a shot. The main thing is the success of the issue, so filling in every category is necessary, and with this strategy, the issue can be fully subscribed and allocations can be obtained at lower prices.

So, as Chhote Lal sir said, it's only the broker who knows what's going on. The true picture will be clear only between the closing price of shares last day and 3.30-4 pm when QIB subscription is done. Until then, everything seems hazy.

But, one thing is clear now. Taking a risky move with bulls is not fun anymore. It's more enjoyable to sell goods at a slightly better price and exit. Even if the issue is going on, the air of the Panther seems to be tightening, so something must be said afterwards. Even if the factor of the Iran war hasn't been considered yet. If there has been bombing, the price should have risen, but the brokers haven't heard anything. Suddenly, they saw a fall? So, something must be said. Let's leave with something in our hands. How can he/she can put sell order in all accounts in just 7 minutes by logins and logout in all accounts.

​@Bullrunner Oh, that's not an issue. One can log in from different devices and execute the order placement.
10 is a small number, heard people are managing 30-32 accounts !

I am not confident about success of this issue. It is not in terms of subscription but in terms of gain on 25.
Retail + HNI here is 9000 Cr. Even on assuming 100% hold by QIB, this quantity is enormous. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be panic. Lot of things are different than Ruchi Soya. Here Risk Reward isn't favourable.

U can place order before 8.55 am also ...use AMO function...

@Bullrunner @Tejas Pandya @Vimal Garodia @MuStrFc Can you please share about the margin/extra cash requirement for Put buyers. Lets assume I have bought 1 lot of 12 PE 25 Apr (80,000) shares, how will the settlement happen if I want to exercise the (12 PE 25Apr) (in case the listing price is below 12RS). Because even if we get allotted in SHNI number of shares in one account would be 19470, allotments would be in different accounts for SHNI.

​@Smile✍️ Sir, on one side its the Retail+HNI holding 50% of 18,000 cr and om other side its Anchors + QIB holding other 50%. Assuming one sells all and one absorbs all, to remove this parity pressure is needed on one side that involves liquidity to some extent. Liquidity tends to remain less with retailers and hence the price to be on safe to positive side rises from here given all else remains equal. All this regardless of any fundamentals and underlying GMP.

Though the risk to reward in such cases favours more who have appetite to hold.

​@Nasibvala At expiry, option premium anyhow erodes due to time decay, so if your option becomes ITM, around 50% of contract value is the required margin which comes out to 0.5 x 80,000 x 12 = 4,80,000. Some brokers may or may not increase the 50% to near to 100%. Squaring off relieves of this margin requirements as evident.

​@Nasibvala ideally you have to keep the 100% value of the full contract if the pe become in the money 80000*12 = 960000 approx, if there is not enough money any time broker has the right to either square off your position @ whatever price the Buyer available or if it remain unsquared off with ITM put it will go in the auction where the penalty of 20% of the total contract value may be charged

Here QIB numbers is the only guiding light. In Bharti Hexa hunger of QIB was insane. Here also QIB should help us with million dollar question APPLY or AVOID... Will take a final call at 3 pm on Monday. AXIS BANK cut off time is 3:30 pm.

Guys.. if someone can clarify please..
In case BHNI sub goes to 3x, I suppose all applicants will get shares approx Rs.3.33 lacs. Is this right? Or will an application of Rs.15 lac worth shares get more?
Similarly, in case SHNI sub remains below 1x, an application of 70 lots (Rs.9.99 lacs) will fetch 100% allotment. Is this correct? 
What if SHNI is 1.5x and someone made an application of 70 lots? Likely to get approx 5 lacs worth of shares, right?
Quite a unique proposition here so slightly confused where to apply for max allotment.

​@Kapz These are calculation based within each category on its own. Add to it that if retail remains undersubscribed, the other categories are likely to get more number of shares distributed proportionately. to them based on over subscription in the said categories (BHNI / SHNI)

​@MuStrFc agreed, was trying to keep it simple by ignoring Retail subs. Keeping the Retail aspect aside, what is your opinion on the other points/ questions?

​@Kapz Ignoring the retail part, and all else equals those calculations should match up, also i think anyone applying for 70 lots in SHNI with 1.5x subscription should get shares worth between 3-5 lakhs

​@Kapz if bhni is 3x, then each applicant will get approx 3.33 lk confirm and if someone bids higher then he will get proportionate shares accordingly.
If shni is less than 1x, then you will get full allotment with whatever you bid, example, 10lk bid will 10lk allotment.
You shld check boa of entero healthcare and capital sfb for more clearity. Both these cases are seen in those
And more over as @MuStrFc said , these calculations will get messy as retail is gonna remain undersubscribed. These get spillover to whichever category is full subscribed. example, if only hni is fully subcribed and not qib, then retail extra shares go to hni category only , and if qib is full subscribed and hni remains undersubs then retail extra shares goes to qib only.

​@UjwalG thanks for referring to those BOAs. BHNI part became clear, but not certain about SHNI part yet. 
In Capital SFB, it appears, as SHNI was oversubscribed 5.5x, all applications between 9lacs to 9.99lacs were clubbed together and only one application got an allotment. 

Not sure how it’ll work out if it is only 1.5x

Actually got my queries answered from HMA Agro BOA. Seems exactly as what I thought the case would be.

Axis also allows till 3:30 for HNI & Retail both.

Can you please explain why did you buy 13pe instead of 11 pe? Why do you need to give delivery share against put option? You cant just square off your put option? I have no idea how option trading works. Thank you

When I buy a put options of certain strike price, and on the day of expiry if my strike ends as INTHEMONEY option, I have to delivery the stocks as FNO is an obligation made buyer and seller. Brother as 11rs is the Fixed FPO price, I will get allotment at a price of 11rs so no use buying the 11rs put option. Example: if idea closed at 11rs on Thursday, I will be at zero loss profit on idea share allotment and price I paid for 11rs PUT option will go to zero thereby causing loss in FNO hedge position of mine.

I think there are additional charges involved with physical delivery. Zerodha has good article on it. Go through it.

There was a time when it was said that option buyer has the right and not obligation but option seller has the obligation but then there was a case when a buyer had to provide delivery.
But I fail to understand why an option buyer gets a margin call, as such u are paying the premium for NOT taking the obligation (contrary to what I wrote earlier) and ready to lose the premium amount.
It's better to sell the call since u get the premium and everything else remains the same as margin call, obligation to provide delivery prior to expiry else ur contract is up for auction

If i buy any future lot and price goes up then I will get profit and if I sell any future lot and share price goes down then also I will get profit? Am i correct or worong?

Just one question sir - for those shorting today, will have to deliver stock on Monday. Plus how can someone short stock in cash without ensuring confirm allotment in FPO?. If they end up shorting more than allotted they will have to cover on listing

​@Chirag Agrawal SBLM Shorters aren't the cases who go for short delivery and then go for auction. FnO Ban is already present. There are already 3 categories with equally large retail category for shorters to ensure confirmed FPO allotment. The balance between their shorts and number of shares allotted in FPO is for them to analyse, and hedge as per that in either way, be it up or be it down.
