22nd ko result hai kya iske? Notification to aaya tha par ab BSE pe open nahi ho raha..
Results acche aane hote tab to yeh FPO result ke baad laate.. kuch faayda inko bhi hota..may be 11.5 ya 12 pe FPO la paate..
Results kharaab aane ka idea hoga tabhi results se pehle FPO close kara rahe..

Maximum one lakh grey market seller will apply for 14 lots.
Maximum 8 lakh retailer will apply one lot
And maximum two lakh will apply average 5 lots.
So if I consider maximum 14 lakh+8 lakh+ 10 lakh then it's comes 32 lakh.
So maximum subscription will be 32/44=0.73 times and application wise wise (1+8+2)/44=0.25 time.
My guess.

@Jamnagar IPOholic Same question ⁉️ ⁉️ ગ્રે વાળા બ્રોકર એ સોદા પાડતી વખતે એક જ નિયમ કીધો તો... કે SHNI માં કઈ કેટેગરીમાં એપલાય કરવું એ રવિવારે કહીશું... આ તો નવા નવા નિયમો લાવ્યા કરે છે... જેમાં એટલા બધા કોમ્પલીકેશન છે કે ના પૂછો વાત...

અરે આટલી બધી ફાટતી તી તો સોદા પાડતી વખતે કેવાય ને કે અમે સેલિંગ માં હજુ કોઈ નિયમ નક્કી નથી કરેલ. જે હશે એ પછી જણાવીશું. આ તો કોઈ રીત છે ?

Decreasing GMP and increasing Put buyer can make hellish movement on listing day. Only saviour will be if price remains above 12 and then short covering comes leading to price in UC . These are two different scenario on listing day .

I checked on zerodha, processing fee is very high 20% plus gst of the borrowing amount. I will not make that much profit.

1 - Only if allotment happens at 10. Retail under-subscription does not influence allotment price. For retail it is best to apply at cut-off.
2 - If allotment happens at 10 then everyone will be allotted at 10 even if they have applied at 11.

no short term capital gain
no payment to punter even if it list at 14 Rs.

Simple buy what was sold at higher price. And sit in cash.
