It was quite interesting here to read experts opinion on Vi,and will be interesting to watch subscription of retail category tomorrow .While other categories will sail good and 4 or 5 times QIB.As per majority opinion retail applied people are most likely to get what they applied.Then it is the listing day fire work to be seen.Thanks all.

​@Kaulav Yes in this FPO, because most probably the retail portion is going to undersubscribe And you will get all the lots you applied. More chances than SHNI if oversubscribed.

Find and Ask your local broker, nobody will give their contacts for a new person. Grey market runs on trust

In surat, go to the local brokers who are working in Share market for 10-15 year,
open account with them, and trade with their account for 1-2 months. make good relations there,
they will offer you once they have trust or you can ask them after 1-2 month about it.

for new person, directly its very hard to find any broker who deals in GREY.
as @UjwalG  mentioned, its totally depends on trust.

This FPO is very good learning opportunity for all of us. So many pros and cons which still experts are adding to the list daily.
I am going to participate irrespective of final result which lead us to learn something new.

Grey Dealers took a good decesion that not to settle at pre open rate
Assume that VI will openbat lower circuit
If you place an order for 20000 shares. If 10000 settle at lower circuit and another 10000 shares at more 5% lower side then who will responsible for lower side settlement.

Its a good decesion that will not create mess while settling deal.

Ab grey brokers ki bhi fat Rahi hai..... They are of the opinion that on 25 th it may open in lc and later in the day it may close above 11

Assume you have worked around 50 lac shares with me. I suggest you to sold all shares at lc and if i will buy those shares on buyer circuit. Now if my order execute and yours did not then who will bear the loss.

Experts please guide ... one will be knowing how many shares he get on tuesday night , whether he can sell that shares on Wednesday and adjust the same with allotted shares on Thursday ( if yes what option to be used to sell in hdfcsec ???)...

I did the same in ruchi soya FPO through SMC broker, have no idea about hdfc sec. But I want to add one thing, shares will be credited most probably at wednesday evening, so I think you can't initiate sell order on wednesday by just showing the screenshot of your allotment status to your broker.

What are the chances of retail we quota getting fully subscribed?

​@Pkpndy Retail portion is too big to get fully subscribed - application wise. It is highly unlikely that this counter will manage to get over 44L applications. Keep a keen watch.

My earlier post again and again dropped some part.
I am trying to add some once more.
In the last two quarter the stake of the promoter has 32%.
Present promoter 's stake is 48.9% not 32%

Strange:
Pahle do quarter me promoter holding 1.5% ghat ke 48.9 % hua. Fpo ka bad ye 36.5% hoga .Sarkar ko holding 32% se ghat ke 24% hoga.

I want to sell 6app retail

Amidst the conflicting propositions floated hitherto, I can see the followings :
1. About 24% stake dilution , lowers the proportionate market price of the new entity to Rs 9.67 from present 12.90 .Somebody may argue that the book value of the new entity will increase by Rs 3 at the same time and thereby increasing the book value to Rs minus 7.5 from Rs minus 10.51.
2. In the last two quarter , promoter stake has the present 32%.
3. Free float which is now about 14 % will increase to 37 %. Now the question , if the share is in such a doldrum situation with this paltry 14% float ,how it can behave with 37% float. Moreover there is further theat of ofs and stake dilution on the part of the promoter and stake sale on the part of the Govt.
4. The death bell has rang as soon as the promoter refused to infuse fund some years ago and put the Govt to ransom as the Govt wants to keep it in it's being.
Govt is also clever enough to understand that this company is in it's way to its natural death. Anybody can understand this position if they take a stock of the present situation. In fy 2023 ,Revenue of some 42000 cr yield a loss of 29500 cr
In the last two quarter though Revenue is proportionate to the mentioned figure, loss is more than the proportionate figure.
5. can you imagine that a company with mcap 64500 crore has debt of 2.3 lakh cr + and yly loss of 30000 cr ? In short it has achieved all qualities to be one of the worst companies you can imagine. This is what is visible. I don't know whether ' khela hobe' etc. Rs18000 fpo will be like ' puring ghee in ashes' The amount is less than the yly interest burden .
6. As soon as the Govt understood that the company would not be able to pay the dues ,it had no other alternative but to convert it into equity just like ' Ganga pujan in Ganga jaal'. It has atleast ensured income for which the Govt is eligible so long as it is in being. But the Govt has nothing to help for it's upbringing. At any convenient moment the Govt may as well come up with stake sale to get whatever it can.
7. So , increase in ARPU , services and conservation/addition of customers etc etc are trifle matters not helping much if at all.
8. Some are showing the instance of patanjali fpo but it was a different issue.

These are visible data before us. But Ipo/Fpo are always associated with invisible data , non reliable data , assumptions, spread through and heresay in the market which may be termed as speculation.
So visible data doesn't suggest for application while speculation has a different degree of freedom.
Had I any stake in it, I would have sold it at 13.2 or so and apply for buying at 11 full/part . I think the same could be done on Monday also if found in convenient level.

Either you trust the promoter that he will use this 18,000 crores in expansion which may result in turnaround (incidentally they are buying worth 2075 crores at nearly Rs 15 with personal money)
Yes any turnaround is difficult to catch. You may have forgotten Suzlon rights issue at Rs. 5 completed when Shri Tanti died during the rights issue
Yes i applied rights issue. Made small money and got out failing to see the turn around which was happening
