May be you placed during preopen and it got executed at Lower Circuit

NSE had a glitch and had to restart the session around 10:15-10:20 today . 13.75 is the open price for the restarted session. The open price at 9:15 was 11.80.

Pre ipo timing is between 9:00 AM to 9:06am. You placed your order after 9:09 am

You can only place orders in the pre-open session between 9 and 9:07. I don't use HDFC Securities, but many online brokers will not allow you to place a regular order at 9:09 and a pre-open order cannot be placed in any case since the pre-open session has ended by then. Any order placed after the pre-open session window closes at 9:07 will not be executed at the open price.

As I prev said ... today some technical glitch happened in nse on pre open because of huge huge volumes..... at one point around 9:05 it was showing negative values in crores for buyers ... and in no way it should have listed in 11.80 ... buyers were always more ... what I understood is only ppl who placed buy orders at 14-14.4 got shares in preopen... actually price shd have settled around 12.3 to 12.5 range ... this is purely my observation ...
