They consider all categorie and final decision is BRLMs. Not on retail category subscription
And remaining categories over subscribed .

To all those who are having doubt regarding shni and bhni subscription.
Since shni subscription is more than 1 time so now there will be a lottery considering there is no technical rejection and everyone has bid just 15 Lots( minimum lots)
In Bhni if the subscription remains upto 5 times then everyone will min 15 lots definitely but if it goes above 5 times then the lottery will come into play assuming that everyone just applied for 10 lacs+ worth of the shares i.e 71 lots.

WIll i get 13 lot in Retail both the Demat Accounts ?

Mostly, you will not get allotment at 10, since SHNI/BHNI are already over subscribed.

Is Applying 14 lot retail better than applying SNHI?

If retail portion remains undersubscribed, balance shares will be offered to sHNI and bHNI (provided those categories are oversubscribed) but can not be offered to QIB category.

An under-subscription in one category (other than the QIB category) may be offset with oversubscription from another category in consultation with the Lead Manager, the Registrar, the Exchange and the issuer.

GMPkitne hai kitna risk hai discount/ negative listing ka

Discount listing me bhi 10rs pe accha support milega,, so max ~10% discount according to me. I think listing day pe around 11.6-12 ki range me open ho sakta hai.

Subscription data display includes demand for UPI & Non-UPI bids. In case of UPI bids, only bids with status as RC100 – “Mandate Accepted by Investor and amount Blocked” are displayed.

It means retail quota fully subscribe ho jayega.... because most of us are waiting for more better QIB numbers then approve UPI mandate.

That would mean about 20 lakh retailers applying/accepting mandate after QIB subscription crossing their expectation.

There is no benefit to apply in retail over shni unless we get 5-6 lots....

Here in this case it looks retail will be subscribed by 2.5X ( overall)

So those apolying 14 lot will get 1 lot confirm and few more shares pro rata ( say half lot extra)

Whereas in shni also subscription is much less and will go 4X ( expected)

So SHNI looks better if it stays below 5X levels..

In shni it is only 1.10 times . So if we apply for 10lacs. How many shares will be alloted.
