1) on BSE at market price on 9:04
2) on NSE at limit price on 9:07 (at rs.90)
First order successful executed at market price on 9:07 at 95.25 which is opening price of stock , second executed at 95.58 at 9:15 but opening price of stock is 95.60.

For your understanding I am adding s.s of orders.

Jab ye FPO open hua tha to bas yhi bat chal rhi thi ki retailers ke liye "EASY MONEY" hai.
lekin 2nd day gmp ko iss kadar toda gaya ki sare retailers darr gaye aur uske bad kya hua ye sabke samne hai..
same happened in Ruchi soya,usme bhi ek extra din diya gaya taki retailers apne application cancel kar sake aur phir uske bad usme bhi jo hua wo bhi sabke samne hai.
In short,IPO/FPO kitna bhi bada ya chota ho size me, chahe wo kitna bhi demand me ho,
Retailers ke liye kabhi bhi "EASY MONEY" nahi hone wala.

The worst has happened with the stock. Best is yet to come.

Key factors to consider both downside and upside risk/reward:

Risk :
1. Couldn't utilise the issued fund properly in equipment and service upgradation.
2. The reduction in customer base.
3. The reduction in average revenue per consumer base.4. Prepayment of debt and government dues of spectrum.

The first 3 factors are unlikely to happen as the management is quite experienced and is in buisness since long. Only risk herein is point 4. Also, government wants competition to digital India mission. With the deteriorating service of Jio, only best can be predicted with both Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea.

Reward :
1. Government's strong backing. Any news of relaxation in government dues or loan repayment terms or converting debt to equity will provide high boost to the share.
2. Lowest tariff amongst peer competitiors. With the improvement in service, they could increase the tariff which will prove beneficial to balance sheet.
3. Large investors are highly bullish 🐂 on the upside potential of the shares with very low downside risk.

The rewards against the risk seems quite favourable. Time will tell how fast favour will be returned. 🤑
