@RAT In Bhni no one will get full and firm allotment
Full allotment means whatever quantity they have applied they will get. for example In this they applied for minimum 71 lots or more so if they get 71 lots or whatever quantity they have applied then you can say it is full allotment but since it has been subscribed more than 1 time and approx 6 times so yes everyone will get their minimum lot that is 15 lot.
In retail you can say everyone will get full and firm allotment. Because if someone applied for 10 lot then they will get 10 lot or 14 lot if they have applied for 14.
