I seen BOA, as per it you didn't get allotment for higher bid is because , you did not have anyone for lottery, if 3 persons will have bided for same than 1 would have got as ratio is roughly 1:2.5

Now if issue is fully subscribe no need to bid higher amount as it may not get in lucky draw, like retail apply for minimal lots only.

Any effect on tommorow listing due to export duty heat on steel products?

Cheaper steel will help them getting lower input costs.. More supply available to manufacture & process at domestic level.. Ratnamani Tube & Hari Om Pipes will be right examples to be quoted as they are up stream companies.. will be benefited & So Venus Pipe.. Any way you should wait till 4th June.. Not the date here 4th June..

Being a small issue and reasonable subscription, my guess is atleast 10 per cent listing gain. If it goes below issue price or 5% per cent premium also there might be some buying interest, so hence it should sustain 10 per cent atleast.

My guess is it will list around 350 to 370 .

The metal sector was already in deep trech and the government just shoved the sector more deep. 26% down in 30 days. Sale is going on in metal. Forget the gmp.. listing at par is also a doubt. This government is the biggest scam in the history of indian economy.
PhDs economics are sitting at home and Arts degree is running the government.

Who is benifits ?

Announcement of export duty on steel, iron ore and pipes would be sentimental dampner for listing

Expect dull listing

This announcement doesn't effect on finished stainless steel tubes and pipes product

VENUS IPO: Basis of Allotment

HNI (Rs 2 - Rs. 10 Lacs): 40 out of 497 allotted 644 shares

HNI (Above Rs. 10 Lacs): 167 out of 421 allotted 644 shares

Retail: 103 out of 1111 allotted 46 shares

Listing Date : 24th May 2022

Points to think

1. 50% retailers didn't accepted mandate.

2. UPI limit increased, so fake applications increased in HNIs also. #SEBI needs change rule n, should allow HNIs to apply only through ASBA.

3. SHNIs may not hv capacity to manage big allotment (what will happen if sHNIs get allotment as oer new rules in #LIC, #Paytm) So lottery alloting 7 lots instead of 14 is OK.

This Govt is very smart and running on Marketing strategy. Recently they have collected the Big Big amount through LIC ipo at very high price and don't even bothered about the public. They are successful in their mission. Now after getting this fund have slightly reduced the excise duty on ⛽ petrol & Diesel. But the original price of the LIC is still very far behind, it follows the way of GIC & New India Assurance. The public is now very scary and hesitate to enter the market. The FII is continuesly withdrawing the money from Indian stock market. Rupee is continuesly going upward and inflation is out of control. All these factors are not in favor of the Market. We need to be cautious at this stage and have to think twice before applying high valued stock. One may look Gold - Silver for safe investment.
