Very difficult to get allotment here due to small size of issue. It will subscribed more than Agni and Upsurge. Only the game of block and unblock will be there for people having funds upto 50 Lacs.

Company performance and stock movements in Yes Bank, Zomato, USFB has been pretty satisfying. My followers must have observed my love for these stocks. Its really a nice feeling that huge accumulation done at lower levels is now bearing fruit. The rock dance Adani Power should start tomorrow after its results. Also, keep an eye on Delta Corp. Many many stocks are there ripe for a nice upswing. Enjoy this Indian party.
@Priya. Financial is very strong and result come out on 9th Aug . It already consolidated from it's IPO time.
I am holding @ 376 for short term gain.

@Priya, First of all I am delighted to answer your query as my daughter's name is also Priya. Making 5% a month is very easy. For swing trade, you have to follow closely high beta stocks like Zomato, PC Jewellers (just look out if its losses are reducing), Yes Bank, etc. or high liquid and interesting stocks like Adani Power or Easy Trip. I must say these are some of my favorite stocks. Tomorrow, Adani Power is coming up with results. Watch out for it. For now, catch Zomato (but its already in 20% UC for the day). Perhaps, you did not watch its results. Else, you would not have missed the bus. Catch any good stock at its support levels, you will make money. For now, you can trade with Yes Bank or Zomato, if I have to name 2 stocks. If you do buying by averaging down in small quantities, do it after sizeable gap down, do not buy at nearby prices.

Actually if we assume that the promotor participated in all issue of shares at same proportion we can assume the cost of acquisition to be only 36.6. please find the calculation below
Cost of acquisition of shares. First 30,00,000 shares issued at 10 per share (considering the split) Next 12,91,730 shares issued at 98.70 per share (mostly issued at 100₹ but once issued at 90 and weighted avg is 98.7)
Average cost =(3crore +12.75crore)/42.91 lakh shares.
=36.6₹
Considering the average cost of 36.6, issue price at 28 is ok but i don't understand why they have mentioned they couldn't calculate this.

By Dilip Dawda : The average cost of acquisition of shares by the promoters is Rs. 74.04, Rs. 74.89 and Rs. 84.98 per share.
This is perhaps the first such IPO whereby the new shares are issued at a much lower price compared to the cost of acquisition of shares by the promoters.
This appears "somewhat fishy" as the company does not have documentary "evidence" for the capital built up "prior to IPO".
That's really fishy.
Pata hi nahi sach me kitne pe promotors ko pade the , unhone bataya utna hi price man na he hame.
100 ka maal 28 me de rahe ye hajam nahi ho raha
Aur upar se holding bahot dhili kar rhe he 54 se 37%
Fir bhi financial achha he , stable nahi he but good he
