Final disposal /hearing is on 08.08.2011 as per http://www.sebi.gov.in/Index.jsp?contentDisp=SAT select date as 08.08.2011, there you can find Vaswani industries...let us all hope for the best...i.e we want get an option to withdraw our applications...spread the word...tks

Till now no communication received from Vaswani Industries, Members on the board have any one received any communication from the company regarding withdrawal option as ordered by SEBI

HAI EVERY BODY,

The next hearing date in Vaswani is 8..8.2011. In my opinion, we can
do one thing. we should start sending the mails to the SAT to give the
withdrawal option to the investors. We should presurise them in the
same manner we have done earlier to SEBI. Pl. find any mail ID of SAT
and start the campaign again. Otherwise we will loose the battle.

SAT is hearing Vaswani case today.. we can expect some conclusion today or early next week...

sorry for my earlier comment. the SEBI & company's act clause says listing cannot be done after 10 week's of closure of the issue.
now only SAT has to decide what to do
