I did not subscribe to this IPO. But I just sent email to SEBI like you have mentioned. I really hope that our fellow boarders will be benefited by this.

Looking forward for the decision from SEBI about canceling of this fraud IPO. And this should be a lesson for any future fraud IPOs planning to come to marker.

I have sent a mail asking the SEBI to cancel the Vaswani IPO due to the fraud committed by the en masse withdrawal of HNI applications.As lot of our friends have been burdened with these extra shares & staring at huge losses we should take the initiative in bailing out these investors.

Hope those who got stuck in these IPO will think twice before subscriber to all this junk IPOs.
At the time of Acropetal I had clearly warned people not to apply for such Issues becos all the gains may be wiped out in one Issue.

So I think our fellow friends require our help as it seems Ritesh of moneycontrol had a chat with SEBI regarding this & they have said if we get lot of requests we may cancel the listing.So save our fellow friends who have got stuck in this morass.

Do not waste yours others time to do anything with SEBI.
SEBI and Vaswami Ind have not asked any body to apply for the said IPO. It is your responsibilty check every thing. if any data are wrong then only SEBI is responsible.
