Why the fixed price issue allogment should take much longer time than book building issue allotment? There should be some valid reasons for this. Basically, its a lot under different segments. Whatever applicable to heavily subscribed book building issue equally applies here also.

As per the rules, in book building issue, the allotment should be within 15 days but in fixed price issue, the time limit is of 30 days. So u cannot complain about the delay allotment of shares till the time limit crosses. U should have check the details before applying for the issue.

People Allied computer status itself is not out. It ended on 23rd september. Same bigshare only. So how do u expect varun to come out today. Impossible it will not come out this month. May be next month.

I think we should lodge a complaint against the registrar if we dont get allotment and refund with in a specified date. Any idea how to go about. Any websites where we can complain to SEBI regarding it.
