Off the track question (nothing related to Varun): I saw one bank is doing ESOP every week with at least 1 lakh shares. From where these shares are coming ? Does it not hurt the EPS for existing shareholders by expanding the equity capital base ?

Yes sir u r very well settled in both primary and secondary mkt when i was just born i think.!!
But i rather prefer financial powerhouse as of now...!!
Btw i doubt this production line can increase EPS or PAT that much faster ... Revenue will definetly bound to get sharp upmove.
Really secondary mkt is way much easier than primary .
All this allotment, blocking of funds,RHP,GMP,kostak, review, anchor and all that stuff....!!
While in secondary...80% technical and 18% luck 2% fundamental....awesome...!!

In Whole, VB IPO requires to be seen in the light of growing consumption in India. If you just see through valuations lens VB IPO is flop , it does not stand a chance; however, as exclusive bottler of PepsiCo all production of pepsi is done VB Pepsi is looking at 25% CAGR and also as a leading player in bottle product to benefit from the untapped consumption
An arcane dive in the RHP and an in-depth analysis Varun Beverages IPO review reveals there is lot of promise in the company, although it may take some time for this to materialize or if informed circle has to go it will be full on increase from IPO price like manapsand IPO.

Gamble "production line can increase EPS or PAT that much faster ..."
i did not take this from thin air or i heard from road show this is information available on RHP 79 line production has completed this not any fiction this has already happened
Now Septaji turning positive, thats great. 🙠I knew many things that I can''t put on Forum but can say all Investor. Go subscribe it for big gain. Portfolio Investors can also keep it. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
One analyst who have participated in the road show of varun told me 2018 EPS will be close to 25 given 3-5 bottle plants will come online in next 6 to 12 months so expect big growth. Also this growth rate will continue for next few years. Like the case of mansaspand do not go by GMP go by companies future u will be less likely to get it wrong even if u get it wrong medium to long term u will benefit
I still holding good company good product will hold to take the whole advantage however it jumps big time another 150% from here then i will certainly book profit
@manipo When i buy share the most important thing i look at capacity utilisation and how easy to increase capacity in both the factor Aurangabad Distillery is placed well. so
next thing i look is revenue and profit in last ten years they have gone from 6 Cr TO company to 46 Cr company and profit has gone from 16 lakhs to 3.1 crs
Eps is around 9.36 RONW is 36% CARG is is 35% NAV Rs76
SO i see more upside from here @Shibani i have not yet read RHP will comment once i get hold
I am not sure if anyone has mention this Standard Chartered owns 12.84 million shares or 7.69% stake while Aion holds 8.18 million shares or 4.9% stake. However, none of the PE investors will sell their shares in the IPO. Which is very big positive for the Varun beverages. with 30% growth rate prospects for next 30 years in packages beverages business with few listed players will make Diis and Fiis to bring this counter in there portfolio
Does not make any difference i can ask the same question what is average cost of acquisition of PNB PE
however important is what is last purchase price they paid the last purchase price was Rs197 by PE funds and promoters paid Rs440 per share yes 440 per share promoters paid this gives me big confidence on promoters corporate governance ( reference page 43 RHP)

StanC n Avion issued shares @197 but they had put that money way back so effective rate is much higher .They had an agreement to be repaid @18% or issue share before IPO.the price of 197 doesn''t include any interest component.
Further debt of Rs 600 cr in book is interest free to be paid to Pepsi in futurebso effective debt is also lower to the company.

Lead manager axis capital is far more sensible in pricing the IPO ....involved in this IPO too ....believe they have maintained their track record in this IPO also.Continuous Last 8 IPOs of axis capital list; 1.RBL 2.Dilip buildcon 3.Advance enzymes 4.Quess corp 5.Ujjivan 6.Equitas 7.Narayana Hrudalaya 8.Alkem
All last 8 IPOs listed at premium and build on to their gains further along with the improving fundamentals. Strongly believe that VARUN is also very very sound company with improving fundamentals each day....Good long term holding at very good price ( 800cr of opetaing cash flow on EV of less than 10000 cr)
650 crs will go to company that will itself save Interest around 65-70 Crs & further lowering debt will improve financials too.
secondly I''m great Fan of Enam(AXIS). just see how they always give price benefit to Investors on Listing & further upside to secondary market investor though end of the day Corporates has to perform.
I will subscribe it in HNI + few retail accounts....

Actually whole money raised is going to the company ....jaipuria selling that much shares which were allotted to them on filing of RHP in lieu of debt given to company.
