Hm....There is a glut of retailers vehemently trying to withdraw their applications..I believe its going to be " The Fastest Finger First" between the Applicants Trying to Withdraw and the Registrar Wanting To Allot them a bucketful of VB shares.. Who do you think would win? Who has more dexterity? Retailers the protagonists or Karvy the villain ..? :D
290.3. Eagleye I just pray that I am never at the receiving end !!!
^ Come now Eagle.. At the receiving end are the people who have shown more faith in Varun than even Varun (Jaipuria) himself or Varun''s employees who have given the issue a miss..They are the greatest Secret economists who know to value a finance Co. on the basis of P/E and a Bottler based on it''s P/BV .. Seriously ..Don''t be surprised if one day these same people devise means to Weigh a Human being in Celsius and Read the Temperatures in Pounds or Kgs ...: Can you ever do the same? ..No No ...You just don''t qualify to be at that receiving end ..Sorry ..:))
Those who want cancel the applications contact the registerar immediately. Email them , phone them...keep following until they conform the cancellation in writing
As the subscription figures are less then 100 percent for Retail and NII catagorie is there a possibility that shares are offered to Retail investers at lower of the price band.
As there will be cases where RII must have applied at below Cut Off Bids. (Assuming the same is also reflected in Net Subscription by RII ie 0.82x)
So does that make a possibility of allotment at 440 for RII''s.
12.Can I withdraw my ASBA bids? If yes, how? Yes, you can withdraw ASBA bids. During the bidding period you can approach the same bank to which you had submitted the ASBA and request for withdrawal through a duly signed letter citing your application number, TRS number, if any. After the bid closure period, you may send your withdrawal request to the Registrars before the finalization of basis of allotment, who will cancel your bid and instruct SCSB to unblock the application money in the bank account after the finalization of basis of allotment.
In a fully subscribed IPO when the Retail portion is not fully subscribed, the number of applications don''t make any difference for allotment All the valid applicants will get the full allotment they have applied for So enjoy full allotment Rest on listing day
Lets Hope for Best...Listing ..Bcause..i personally believe it will not list in discount..Bcz one of my Friend, who is CFP has applied...in Varun Ipo...
There was nothing technical in my comparison of VBL with CCD. Just noticed this interesting similarity, so shared it. Well, one more similarity is there of the IPO time, CCD was available exactly at the same time last year. :)
Btw, Manpasand has many positives going for it like, 1.It''s small size and growth potential. 2.Consistent performance 3.Almost zero debt. 4.In business of much better non-carbonated segment. On the other hand, VBL has volumes but unfortunately they are unable to utilize the benefit of economics of scale and are still running on low margins. And on top of that, they have tough competition from Coke, which is undoubtedly leading.
indians will not understand this issue......only game of Fiis ....qib portion subscribed 3 times on second day itself.. all r Fiis so they r clear on this issue.....
Sir, as per my knowledge..u CNT cancel...still u can try....if possible...ek rasta he...Agar aap apne acc.me itne paise nai rakho to automatic reject ho jayegi...lwkin shayad bank charge lagayegi....
