1)Retail portion upto 2 lacs is 15% not 50% as written by you.

2)Buyback Record date tentatively should be first week of September or August last week by which the retail investor can buy share and participate in buy back.

3)The acceptance ratio depends on stock price on record date. Since buyback price is 2100, stock price above 1900 will fetch high acceptance ratio since long term investor of TCS wont tender share for meagre Rs.200.
But if stock price is around 1700 then the acceptance ratio will be less as more retailers will tender share.

3)Rs.2400 crore for retail category upto 2 lacs is good size and if price is 1850 to 1900 by record date then acceptance ratio should be 80% plus.

4) Quantity 95 indicated by you is for price of Rs 2100. But quantity is calculated by market price on record date. So if stock price is 1800 then quantity will be around 110.

Nobody have this type of clear information even they trading in share market.

Because the shares of ⭐RETAIL are more ACCEPT, according to the SEBI rule, 15% of the total BUYBACK needs to be booked for retail.
That is, a small share holder will benefit greatly at the expense of the large share holder who has more than 95 shares.

If 75% of the SHARE goes to 95%, the remaining shares will cost 950 rupees
(If taken in 1850), and 60% goes the same way, the remaining shares cost 1400 rupees;

in this market condition i dont think so.

i dont think pe is too cheap. lumax industries is at same pe. it more looks like fully priced issue
i dont think there would be any fireworks on listing.
it might remain range of 5%. one can take a call post listing as well. this is more of long term stock than for listing gains

Market has seen oil going up to 140 dollars INTEREST RATES AS HIGH AS 14% TO 15% all got digested & u can mkt where we are today
Don't be pessimistic market is goer ing to see new high in future just based on consumption story which is growing very fast
Conpany is in the segment vehicle where oil price has little impact
