The market is going down for the moment, so the listing will be between Rs 850 & 900 (most probably nearer to 850). So purchase as much as possible on the first day. Since the fundamentals are excellent, the share will be between 1250 & 1300 within 3 months.
..Bharat forge and Endurance trade at 7x and 3x Ev / annual sales...while Varroc beggs to trade at 13,000 Cr. EV vs 10,000 Cr. sales ...
Okay ..the PAT margins may be half of what Bharat forge generates (Although Varroc betters Motherson and falls a tad short of Endurance in this regard ) .Still the market cap should be at least 20,000 Cr. if not more ..
And a still a few have been calling it expensive for the heck of it... ...lol! That's (not even) funny ...:D
lol ! I could see that ...This is a very good multi product company with a few offshore facilities coming up on stream shortly......Have a good rapport with global auto makers and a notable clout in the market back home ....One should look to make solid gains out of this investment instead of selling early due to needless fear instilled by the usual naysayers ....
Um...How long is your year? ..You live and meditate inside some secret Mercurian crater or what? ...:D .....And whats PVSH? Sounds like a rocket's name (along the lines of PSLV?) Hahaha ....Hey! Is that the reason why you are so high today?
@Anarchist: PVSH is a new combination drug not yet notified by NCB India...
1-alpha-2-dioxy-Poly-Vinyl-Sulphuro-Heptahydrate (heard it infuses extreme stock market fears in small doses and extreme neutrality in high doses), as always my style of writing, nothing personal between anyone!
lol! Their carrom criterion points to a rather neutral stance.( high dose according to your analysis).....But then why would anyone mind the carrom being flat if they have a knack to pocket the Queen....
@Anarchist, mostly people like the carrom board flat, even they apply powder on it to make the same slippery, but most don't like the queen's @$$ flat, hence, they run about crying about flatness... and their bitter experience of one night stand!
But I see people are applying 20, 30, even someone mentioned in RITES forum he applied 53 applications. With firm allotment, you know the capital erosion will be too much for them. Just thought to give a word of caution.
Check now, RII subs is almost 100% now, negating a few technical cancellations, there will be negligible spillover of allotment of shares to other categories, so why GMP low?
Oh, the same had happened to me one time when on the last day of subscription, I was checking on the subs figure, my better half came up and we did that for 1+ hour, while SBI ASBA cutoff time had passed, I was like throwing up on myself... forget and move on!

Subscription Figure decreased by 5000 shares in last half an hour on BSE (in Retial).
On NSE, it decresed by around 500 shares and then increased by almost 700 shares (in Retail).
Still lot of time left till conclusion of bids in evening, but the trend shows that retail/employee/hni will remain undersubscribed... Anyway, let the offline and other misc. bids come in and check the final figures at about 7PM.
This is a fairly big issue in terms of total amount raised and given current market scenario, this was expected from rii/employee/hni, but hni could have been higher...
Good indicators are that anchor allocation was good, fii interest and QIB > 3X... DIIs FIIs might have interest to buy on listing day!
Hmm, quite honorable subscription ending at turbulent market scenario... I was quite optimistic and applied 1 lot, let's see on listing day, I surmise listing price > 1025...

I think Varroc is a wonderful stock to own....I don't know what the retail investors might do on the listing day as they usually act hastily based on the spur of the moment fear / greed ...But again this is not the kind of stock that could disappoint the investors ...or so I'd like to believe ..
