The real reason for the delay is that Karvy has alloted me 10 shares and 9 shares to each and every person in retail. I strongly objected that why others should get less and me more!!!! I appealed to Sebi to do justice to all the people who have applied in retail!!! Now both Karvy and SEBI are working day and night on this huge problem they have in hand. This issue will be sorted out by 11th evening so relax dudes. lolz

Allottment is computerized, but the witdrawal is manual. So if 50000 people withra karenge to usime derr lagega, allotment aur 7 dina mein hoga, matlab 18 ko allotment hoga

Do not forgot one thing, all Management, QIB, SEBI and big HNI is on one site and retail investor is on other side of the game. You can not held responsible SEBI for any such act. He has got the power that( on the request of VA Tech mgt) utilized for the delay. so be calm do not worry you will get the allotment / refund. There were cases in the past that the company has not return any money of IPO to the investor. At that time SEBI was not there was ICICI. The Act was like that the company will return the un -allotted money with interest if the delay is more than 90days( at that time). If company refuse to give the money than ICICI can take action. But in that cases company never refuse to give the money. he says go on calculating interest we will pay you later we do not have money but we will pay you.... Till today no refund has been received by the investor. ICICI was in the favour of Company not in the favour of investor. Now lot of changes have been made in the IPO. But still such loop hole kept intensely open.
SEBI can order the company to pay the interest for the delayed period. He has power for the same. But he will not utilize the same. Why?? You know the ans.

i will narrate the problem of VA tech in nutshell to all new comers : actually there is problem in red herring prospectus fill by VA Tech with SEBI, related to the comparison of result with peer group companies, which has no any material impact on the issue. and SEBI has issued notice for such prob in red herring prospectus to VA Tech, now VA TEch has delayed the allottment proceduer bcs of that. I want to ask u all of the investor that KYA SEBI KO YE PAHELI NAHI KARNA CHAHIYE THA BEFORE GIVING PERMISSION TO VA TECH ??????????????????????????????????????

867 problem kuch bhi nahi hai SEBI is doing all malfunctioning excercise and cheating the public, i want that investor should join hands and fill petition against SEBI for which has done after the issue has closed, had it has been done prior giving permission we are not in a position where we are today............

ye sabhi ka jadd SEBI hi hai, bcz SEBI has to take action before giving permission to VA tech for public issue, SEBI has issued notice after the issue has closed, that means SEBI itself is not verifing the genuiness of the issue, aur bade bade banga fukti hai ............................
