one find out how many applications have been withdrawn? or
what is the oversubscription level after all the withdrawals?

My post does not point at you solely. It is mainly for the Anonymous category. And also for those who have made it a habit of blaming SJ for anything and everything.

If your post points at me , then let me reiterate, I have never balmed him for any of his recos...nor I doubt his intentions..my only concern is there are so many posts from him that it becomes difficult to get the correct picture...

It is good to see people requesting Sreedhar, Ravi, Gem and Saharanpuri to return to this forum with their expertise. Those who request should also understand that they are not happy with the 'Anonymous"'posts. Why do these people still hide their identity and request them to return? Is is not better to come out with their identities and do the request?

One more thing. Blaming SJ for everything is also not a good sign. We should not forget the past. How well he did his analysis in SKS, everybody knows. And how many of his secondary market calls were so good we know. One or two of his calls may have gone wrong. Even in them wait and watch policy may come good. Nobody can be 100% correct in stock markets. It is hard to predict market movements many a times. Market moves like cricket matches sometimes and is hard to predict.

So, friends welcome SJ also but with a request to control his emotions.

The DNA Mumbai has an article on this at Page 9. The comparison of financial paratmeters with peer group as shown in the prospectus states that the same is done on the consolidated basis, which is, hoiwever, not the case.
As stated there the P/E of IVRCL should have been shown at 20.4 in place of 63 whereas in case of Nagarjuna Constructions it should have been shown at 14.1 in place of 19.2. That is a lapse on part of Merchant bankers.
BHowever, the table turns when the P/E of 4 other companies is considered on consolidated basis. The P/E of these 4 comanies are shown at lwer figure than they actually are.
Which means that the issue is better than represented in the prospectus!!!

confirm news.

please declared allotment date of va tech wabag ltd very urgentaly.we are eager to know.

There is no any reason for panic. There is no any major negative news. It's only that in the Red Hearing Prospectus, they have declared there consolidated Revenues and Profit and not stand alone.

This is not a major issue. Sebi just instructed to include in the RHP and notify the investors.

Also, the time is already up, since tomw is the last date for sending the details by Post to the registrator, i believe no body can do that now.

Guys don;t create panic and make other nervous. This is good issue and it will do well. If there was any major negative news, then all the media people would have hi lighted.

It will definitely do well on listing. Allotment might happen tomw night or by Tuesday. Best of Luck!!!
