Most of us are eagerly waiting for the allotment/ refund of Utkarsh Small Bank. We all strongly believe / want to subscribe the Netweb Technology ipo without fail. There is nothing wrong in it. We all may participate in this ipo. But I think completely different and my thinking is very much different from others.

Right from the beginning it was clear that the fund of USBFB will not be utilized for Netweb. Hence I have decided to plan accordingly. Instead of applying 6 BHNI applications in USFB, I have applied only 4 SHNIs & 2 BHNIs applications in this ipo. Thus saved money for Netweb Technology. Now I will be able to apply 6 BHNIs applications in Netweb Technology without touching the fund of USFB.

We have to understand that we can't change the system / organization. We can't fight with our luck. If something is meant for us it will be given / rewarded by the Supermighty God ( any how) but it something is not written for us , we can't achieve it by numbers of efforts / any help from others. In short we can't change the winds of Luck, but sometime we have to accept it happily / sadly. It doesn't mean that we shouldn't try for it. But believe in the God and respect it's instructions.

Supposing that if USFB fund releases today night and money gets cridted in your account and you have applied the NETWEB ipo , even though if Supermighty God / your luck don't favour you, you will not get the allotment. So we can't change our luck . Hence I always respect the instructions of the super power and accept it's decision happily and plans accordingly. Netweb is not the last one, many others will follow the path and will choose another one. If one door closes for us the next door will get opened and we may try for it.

Regarding REDTAPE Limited:
Whole time director of RedTape resigned and Vice president of the company elevated to this position.
Also, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer also resigned.
This information is based on the RedTape meeting held on July 17, 2023.

My hope and intuition is that Ahasolar SME IPO allotment was done yesterday by Kfin so that Utkarsh can be done today, and funds may get available in time for Netweb.
Let's hope.

Kal Ahasolar aaya, matlab Kfin guys wanted to get today's day clear for Utkarsh.
Ab bas Drone funds bhi kal release ho jaaye to we can go FF in Netweb and / or Asarfi.

However, it comes as a BIGGER surprise when neither Netweb nor Asarfi has Kfin as LM.

Any chance of allotement in Bhni application of 80 lots? Can anyone tell.

In oversubscribed issues on Mainboard, any bid above Rs 10 lac is 1 entry in the lottery.
Whether it is just above 10 lac or 20 lac or in crores, doesn't make any difference.

Can anyone tell me PNB allows third-party apps for net banking?

All useless and crazy ppl sitting for releasing the IPO dates. They should be immediately fired..They can easily give a gap between IPO's instead of that they are always creating conflict. for example now Utkarsh money cannot be utliized for Netweb.

Any new ipo expected this month ?

I have sent a mail to utkarsh.ipo@kfintech.com , to prepone Basis Of Allotment by one day to 18 July, enabling us to use our refunds in Netweb IPO, if more such requests are made, there will definitely be pressure on registrar to comply. Request the needful.

Similar mail to linkintime , to postpone Netweb IPO closing date to 20th July may get the desired results.

Is this the first time IPOs are overlapping ? In stock market 5000+ companies trade do you able to make profit from every company ? Even if IPOs are not overlapping then everyone going to get allotment? If your luck favours than you will get allotment with 1 application also. "There is no space for regret and FOMO in stock market"
