HDFC Bank has released the amount but PSU banks have not unblocked the same. No mail or messages received from Registrar, hence, not possible to send request to banks for release of amount. Hope amount is released before 2 pm.

You are extremally lucky. 1) You have got an allotment. 2) With new rules, any SHNI or BHNI gets only allotment of lot equivalent to 2L (14 lots), if issue is oversubscribed, else equals to the applied amount. 3) You have got 1 extra share which is given to allottees on lottery basis which remains due to rounding.
