Ofs is neither lottery nor proportional, it is done by price priority method.

@Aman Ipo -hey, can u pls guide do we need to select 1000 as the price or above it as you said its price priority method . what price will you apply?
Also how many days does it take to credit the shares and from when we can sell the shares? any restriction after getting the shares? Pls explain fully along with example of 10 shares.

Generally you will get the cut off price for the first day....Retailers can always apply at the cut off price on the second day to get sure shot proportional allotment

In hni there is no option to select cut off price. You need to fill the price as per you. But if you put ofs order at higher price then you will get the share expensive, as you get the share at the price which you have put the bid. But if you select lower price, you might not get anything if entire shares have been exhausted after giving to people who have bid at higher prices then you. So, selecting price is bit complicated, not that easy.
In retail, you have option to select cut off price but in that case you will get proportionate allotment only and what qty you will be getting would not be known at the time of putting ofs order.

You can wait, may be it will come tomorrow. These things still happen in UPI. If possible always use BHIM app for UPI.

It is always safer to use ASBA option.

@Vimal Garodia -Thanks, sure next time onwards only ASBA option I will use. I was not getting allotment via ASBA, so tried UPI this time to try me luck..
​@Hulk - The problem is SHNI application cannot be cancelled once applied, so reapply option is not there.

You can wait till the last day upto 1 PM for the mandate,
if you still don't get then you can update the existing order of your sHNI and increase just one lot, you will get the mandate for the updated amount as per the updated order.
Also, check your order status if it's not in the rejected status.

Yes, you have to apply through internet banking, cannot use iMobile pay for IPO application.

I would like to do addition/clarification to my earlier comment. They (iMobile) do have IPO section but i think you have to be ICICIDIRECT customer to use and apply for IPO..

If shni is also lottery, should we go for min lots or max lots? Are chances same in both or more if u go for max lots?

yes 1 lot, it is oversubscribed and no one is get more than 1 lot

So if we apply for 14 lots, we can get 14 or 0.
