I am no expert, but according to my knowledge, if you have not received the mandate, money is not blocked. So you can safely use ASBA.

After using ASBA if at all you get the mandate do not accept it.

Next time use ASBA as a first option.

I might not be right about this, any expert would like to throw more light on this?

Don't have idea about many banks but I have kotak 811 account they provide ipo funding in their banking app irrespective of where you have opened demat account

But they're only providing 10 lakhs which in current scenario of IPOs is useless.

No one would pay Interest and other Charges for Zero allotment.

I applied @ 1055, will not be alloted as closing indicative price shows 1087.73

It is not as easy as you think. You are not going to get anything. Cut off price would come above 1130, not below that and tomorrow retailers would be able to bid above that price only.

@Pandit Ji absolutely correct - I applied at 3Pm when it issue was only 75% filled but got picked up tremendously in last 15 mins and ended at 2x. Hard luck, will apply in retail segment from other accounts tomorrow.

​@Cyberdude it would be a lot to explain :) In short the promotors of the company had to reduce their shareholding to below 75%, which currently stands at about 80.8% to be in line with SEBI norms, hence this offer for sale (OFS). This was announced yesterday at a discount of 18% from CMP and price closed at LC today. You can probably search it up on google to learn more about it. Cheers (Y)

@Ram Bhakt yes, I thought the issue would not subscribe but suddenly the subscription shot up, I feel the ultimate discovered price to be around 1050 to 1060, good if I get at that price as I have bid at 1055, wont be buying more than this as expecting one more Lower Circuit tomorrow, which will bring the price closer to uncomfortable levels

As mentioned above - I applied at 3PM when the issue was 75% filled hence put a bid near floor price. Will see tomorrow regarding what floor price do the retail get and then apply accordingly if it makes sense to!

How to apply ? Mine is zerodha....even if possible tomw retial , I would like to participate. please suggest. How to see the indicative price etc, as you said...Please help

for retail, you need not see the indicative price, you need to select cut off and you give get the shares at whatever price which ultimately finalised, if you do not desire to buy above a certain price, for eg say 1050/- then put the price as 1050 and untick cut off, you will only get the share if the determined price is below 1050/- applying is similar to applying in an IPO, please check in zerodha ipo section, I apply from Icici direct, hence do not know much about Zerodha

I have checked and summed up the bid prices on BSE and NSE. In my opinion cut off price will be around 1046, if company uses green shoe option. Surely they will use green shoe ie. 2.9 crore shares are available for non-retail. So all those who bidded today above 1046 will get allotment and below that no allotment.
I bidded at 1030 and will not get allotment. @Pandit Ji - You should get allotment if they use green shoe. (indicative price is high because not considering green shoe)
Now this 1046 price will become floor price for tomorrow. And retails have to bid above this tomorrow.
Any expert here, who can tell if we are not alloted in non-retail today, can we apply in retail tomorrow? What are the rules?

No, you cannot apply in retail if you have applied today irrespective of wether you get allotment or not. This is similar to rules in ipo where you either apply in retail or in hni.

Gentlemen, could you please share where you were able to see the indicative price and issue subscription? I couldn’t find any such details in zerodha or nse/ bse sites. Any link will be very helpful. 🙏

Patanjali ofs clearing price has come at 1103.80
So, only those who applied at or above this price will get allotment and for tomorrow this price will be floor price for retail.

If this price is correct then it is almost the LC price for tomorrow. Let's see how does the stock price behaves tomorrow. Additionally, someone bought almost 8Lakh shares from open market today at 3:25PM.

That is correct. They didnt took the greenshoe as well. Such high clearing price. Not it doesnt make much sense to apply from retail. (Anyways i cant apply).
We may get it from open market around 1120-1130 in future. Not much profitable trading this ofs.

This price is absolutely correct, I can assure you that. And secondly talking about volumes, infact till 3:15 total volumes traded were around 6 lakhs (both nse & bse combined). And in end total volumes traded were 24 lakhs. So, someone picked up huge amount of shares at last moment from the market.

You can apply for an amount upto 5 lakhs with UPI. So, you can apply sHNI application. For bHNI you need to use ASBA.

Upstox only for retail now.

Cut off is not allowed for hni
Only retailers can cancel their application
No option available, just wait n watch.

Mr. modi,
I also heard that if some one click on cut off price for HNI, he/she might not get the allotment.

But one of my relative applied shni application of mankind pharma and he got 2 lots by clicking on cut off.
