I don't see a board for Patanjali ofs on chittorgarh website. I have never applied for an ofs but applied in IPOs multiple times. I have upstox and Zerodha both.

How to apply to patanjali ofs and what bid quantity and price to select. Can someone explain the nuances please

OFS bidding for retailers is rigged off. Either you will not get allotment or you may get it on higher price. So it is better to buy from open market.

Why is everyone talking about patanjali ofs when this is Utkarsh IPO page?

What are the chances of allotment in BHNI category?
I have applied 67 lots
Currently oversubscribed 60 times

I just checked Senco Gold IPO Basis of Allotment, wherein one BHNI Applicant who put in bid for 403 lots total 18941 shares
got NIL Allotment. So it is pure luck by lottery , be it the minimum BHNI lots or maximum lots.

he asked for chances. chances are 1 allotment for 13 applications for 65% subscription in bhni

When will be Patanjali OFS shares available in DMAT for trading. Any timeline

in upstox what's the difference in indicative price and market price? which one should i check?

For BHNI applications, do you place a single bid in 1 application and add all three at the higher price band. Someone told me that placing 3 bids gives higher chance in the lottery process.

Why subscription figures here are higher than BSE cumulative figures? AI at our platform.

bse consolidated is delayed a few minutes. Here it adds live bse and live nse.

Depending upon the bidding price, allotment will be made. Highest to lowest order of bidding price will be considered.Depending upon the number of shares offered, cut off price will be arrived at. At the cut off price, if bids are more, proportionate allotment will be made. I hope that I have……..

If OFS oversubscribe
bids arranged with descending (high to low bid price) order till the issue size (issue size + green shoe) quantity matches.

ex.
Bid qty ......................... Bid price
1400 ................... 1290.00
500 ................... 1170.00
.
200 ....................... 1103.00

if total issue size qty matches in 1103.00, then cut off price will be 1103.00

Those who applied above 1103.00 will allotted applied qty at there applied price

i.e. who applied at 1290.00 will allotted at 1290.00 (not 1103.00), those who applied at 1170 will allotted at price 1170.00 the qty they applied,

As cut off price 1103 and bids at 1103 may be more than balance qty (to be allotted at 1103), then proportionate allotment done for those who applied at 1103

I have got funds for 5BHNI applications to be distributed between Utkarsh Small Finance Bank and Net Web technologies. What would be the best combination to ensure maximum allocation chances.

Go all 5 with netweb which have better chance. Don't distribute.

Go with Netweb as there will be a bit higher chance of allotment.

Out of subject. Kindly let me inform where I can see NSE retail subscription in OFS Patanjali Foods. I can see it on BSE but can not see on NSE. NSE site shows only OFS name but not subscription on nseindia.com/market-data/public-issues-offfer- for-sale-ofs.
If any body can guide please let me inform about the link .

@mohnish on NSE site it does not show nse demand beeding prize wise. But in bse site we can see prize wise demand
