This above move may delay UTI Mutual Fund IPO listing.

SBI LIC & BoB selling 8.24% each of their holding in UTI AMC IPO, Hope this is still in plan and will not impact because of latest UTI trustee stack acquisition.

So, 4% extra theory does not work. Only one extra share has been allotted per application
