in last 3 years UTI AMC & Nippon AMC showed flat performance while HDFC AMC growing 30-40%

Although we shouldn't compare HDFC group company with other but the comparing parameters showing that UTI AMC IPO price is very reasonable and much below the expected price.... in most of the cases when PE firms offloaded big stake in any IPO than demanding price always at higher side but in UTI AMC IPO PE Firm T Row offloaded only 10% of IPO size and remaining by SBI, LIC, BOB & PNB.... that is why the price is reasonable....
so my side.... i will apply with full force............it's a must apply IPO????????????

The management has priced the issue brilliantly, and left the money for the investors of the table. A must apply IPO for everyone. It is at a good discount of its peers HDFCAMC and NAMIndia.

Gmp of UTI AMC is
156 - 160 rs
Price band is very reasonable.

if you see risk factors, you will rethink on investing in IPO.

1. lot many court cases are pending against UTI AMC. Refer to page nos. 30 / 45 / 348 / 349.

2. basically the employees are disgruntled. The present & the past. Past Employees have been deceived by Management and were made to take Voluntary retirement scheme in the year 2003. The pension option was not offered.

3. Employees have put up cases against the Management in High court & supreme court and if they win AMC will have to shell out 1500 crores which will be more than 50% of 2019-20 PAT of 2,764.85.

Please think over twice before you invest.

Any Idea , UTI AMC has some reservation , in its forthcoming IPO , for its Sponsor's Share Holders Like of SBI , BOB etc.

There is no identifiable promotor of UTI AMC. It is professionally managed. So shareholder quota.

What has happened? Issue reduced? market was expecting it above 850 & price declared is 554. Issue size initially was 3500 crore approx. & now 2160 crore.
