Yes , as per RHP , you can apply upto 5,00,000 but attotment above 2,00,000 will be done in case of undersubscription in employee quota.

GMP crashed because of many factors.

* Outstanding litigation issue pending in the court.

* Probable Extended Lockdown due to which money outflow can be seen again after 1st 2 quarters of 20-21.(-ve) growth in AUM already seen in this year.

* Investors lost some faith after Franklin Templeton bankruptcy episode.

* Investors of Axis mutual fund lost 9000 crore in yes bank's additional tier 1 bonds which were mandated to be written down by RBI due to poor guidelines.Before 2007 Axis bank was known as UTI bank.

This might be the reasons why this stock was available at 750-760 in unlisted market and issue price fixed at 554.

# IMO wait for the last day subscription numbers & GMP to decide whether to apply or not.

But these issues were already there. Nothing new happened during last 20-25 days. But suddenly premium decreased from 150 to 75.

Sometimes it may happen.Remember SBI Card.GMP 350 on issue price 755 and listed in 100 Rs. discount.Investors might have changed their sentiments later on after going in detail.In fact initially we all have judged fair price at 554 but didn't studied RHP.

GMP down from 140 level to 75 if continues to fall means HNI will not subscribe like Rossari, Happy, Route, CAMS, and Chemcon.
HDFC AMC and Nippon not doing well in the secondary market , so no fancy in GMP even though attractively priced.

Agree, if the leader in the sector hdfc AMC available cheaper there are no takers for UTI AMC...

A *REQUEST* to the ADMIN OF CHITTORGARH..
Since you have added this dislike feature, I have seen people using it just for the sake of it. Some enjoy hitting it again and again. Even if one posts some good info, they dislike it.
I DON'T SEE THIS FEATURE ADDING ANY VALUE TO THE FORUM OR COMMENT SECTION.
What worse can happen is the experienced members of the forum might stop posting any information that will eventually be the loss of genuine members.
Some morons will even dislike this post now and I think that will suffice as a proof of too much negativity in the forum.
