There is basic difference between UTI AMC and Angel. Angel was expected to come around 250-260, but greed of promotor, fixed price of 306. Whereas UTI AMC valuation was lower than the expected price.

Yes, but it would best to contact Kfin tech since they are the Registrar.

And as per SEBI norms one can cancel ipo application before basis of allotment is finalized.
In UTI it is before 7th October.

Forget it, this cannot be cancelled now. If this were possible, may loss making IPO's would not even make it.

UTI today -15 im GMP... Let the selling pressure come :)

Dear Investors, whoever applied for UTI AMC..no need to panic about listing..it will be open @ premium only, It might not be hefty but one can expect at least 25-30 % gain...after angel broking flop performance, the promoter of the company made the selfish decision as they increase the base price and they did not left anything for the investors but here UTI finalized fair base price so that investors can have reasonable gain on it, All the best to all the best..Jai Hind

UTI AMC IPO – *Market’s Current Estimates of oversubscription*:

NII = 10K Crs. = ~31.03X
RII = 12L Forms = 2.39X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~11.31 shares per lot)

Interest cost *@7.00%p.a.* for 8days = 85.00paise for 1X

Thus, for NII the costing = 31.03 X 85.00paise = Rs.26.37 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 11.31 X 26.37 = Rs.298/- (= Kostak)

UTI AMC IPO – *GMP Estimated*
GMP 30 +/- 1
Kostak 325 +/- 25

Eagle Eye prediction was based on the GMP at that time, GMP will automatically change in case of lower subscription. I had applied one lot only. I will be happy if it lists above 554, otherwise, I will hold it for 2-3 years for 1000+ targets as AMCs will shine in near future.
