If you kindly show how Rs. 1.2 lac become 1.2 Cr, it would be great for our members of this forum. This is the one of the main reason for fantastic subscription figure. Hope this stock too give marvelous earning treat from this stock.

It seems its miscalculated.

Bombay Super - (ipo) - 2000 shares @ 60/- (Minimum lot)
2 times bonus - 1:5(2019) & 1:3(2020)
Shares after bonus recd - 2000 + 400 + 800 (total - 3200sh)
todays price - Appx - 433/- * 3200sh = 13,85,600/-

Its appx - 14lakh & not 1.4cr

please correct me if i am wrong.

Bombay super seeds ipo price Rs 60 n lot size 2000 (April 2018)
Total investment @ the time of ipo was 60 * 2000 = 120000
Company gave bonus two times in the ratio of 1:5 (22 oct 2019) and 1:3 (27 august 2020)
Bonus of 1:5 means ur number of shares gone up from 2000 to 10000
And again company gave bonus of 1:3
So again number of shares gone up from 10000 to 30000
Hence Number of ipo shares have gone up from 2000 to 30000 due to bonus issue by the company
Cmp is 440
440*30000 = 1,32,00,000
Hence 1.2 lacs invested @ ipo is close to 1.32 Cr.
(note 1 company has also paid dividend and that amt has not been added)
(note 2 those who have been allotted shares take ur own informed decision )

1:5 bonus shares - means - shareholder will get - 1 shares of every 5shares held.

so, for 2000 shares - (2000 / 5) = 400 (shares available - 2000+ 400)
after that - 1:3 bonus
so, for 2400 shares - (2400/3)= 800 (shares available - 2400 + 800 = 3200 shares)

Kindly correct me if i am wrong.

If it lists 2.5X (~300) like Agni. Will you buy ?? What is next year's earning expections of this company?

Bombay Super Seed issued bonous shares twice in the ratio of 1:5 & 1:3 and hence the initial amount of Rs. 120000/ becomes to more than Rs. 10 Lac in just 10 years. This is the simple reason why FIIs & Corporate houses have put their trust in the issue of Upsurge Seeds hoping that multiple returns in this issue too. Now Let's see and follow the FIIs & big Corporate house including Mr. Anantagrawal ( big name of this forum) .
