@MOTYAAR They are unlikely to flip soon, so, to that extent, it is a positive, but they are not a Warren Buffett, Rakesh Jhunjhunwalla kind of investor that will draw in a herd of investors behind them. At the end of the day, the number of shares bought has to be equal to the number of shares sold. So, unless the buyer/seller has signalling power, i dont think bulk buys/sells themselves are bullish or bearish signals.
I cannot predict if the stock will go higher or lower, but if it goes lower or stagnates , the risk is that investors will move on and volumes will dry up and those who want to exit later will have to pay wider bid -offers to get out. Just compare the liquidity and trading volumes of United Cotfab with Piotex, which is recent IPO as well.
