Gradually increasing NP margin, decreasing borrowings, attractive PE and GMP are positives. No or little revenue growth in 3.25 yrs(? Corona effect) and being OFS only are disturbing elements. Internet applicants can wait and study till 2pm of closing date. 🙂

(Np 202cr/4.5 cr shares) . Attractive. 🙂

@Fine expert their might be some correction as For issue size of 650 cr price band should be near to 450rs and if the issue pice is 570 rs than the issue size should be near to 825cr as OFS consists of 14,481,942 shares.
