The IPO will be a pure offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to ₹2,400 crore.

Kfin tech is based on south india. So all the ipos from the South india companies may have kfin as their registrar.
Linkintime is based in mumbai and it is bigger than kfin tech in terms of work load management so all the companies from north and central india has linkin time as their registrar.
Remember one thing, there may be some exceptions always.
