I am going with 1 Bhni, 5 shni, 3 retail

Some members get disappointed and don't apply in IPO if it is only OFS. I don't care ofs or fresh issue of shares, i only apply if Company is good and have future prospects. There are many companies comes with ofs and does well and there are other companies with fresh issue and flops. OFS is not a criteria to apply or not which many members tend to follow as it seems after reading there comments

Uniparts ipo has managed to get some solid anchor on board though ofs but it will gather good traction on day 3. 🤞

Seems to be a good ipo, inspite of full offer for sale. Good for medium to long term. Also can expect a decent listing, if not spectacular.

Doesnt matter that much even if nifty falls 1% stock may open with gains but may not continue momentum later on..I am going FF.
