Now its seems that BHNI will be around 15 times SHNI will be around 20 times and retail around 4 times. If QIB will be around 25 times. Then their is no chance of loss. Kam se kam 500 rs to dega hi. Will apply full whats ever fund left.
yes you can apply from your firm account. but you need a separate demat account .which you have to create offline with forms downloaded and sent it to the broker. Then you have to apply for ipo manually by giving forms to your bank. i dont know if they can apply in retail category. it should be under nii- non institutional investor i guess. just cross check with your bank if they will offer your online asba facility. but getting a demat acc from your existing bank should be easy but they wont be a discount broker or might have a different setup for llp or any organisation.

You can open with zerodha, 5paisa LLP demat/trading acct... HDFC bank allows asba facility for ipo...

You can apply in IPO from your individual and LLP acct since it has different PAN number.. you can appply in HNI category and not in Retail category...

Can You Pls Suggest A Good Low Brokerage/AMC Broker? And Will it Considered As Retail in Buyback if LLP hold Less Than 2 Lakh?
i use groww and zerodha,TIll this comment 1) Groww 0 AMC but I didnt like interface user friendly , SME ipo me bhi issues hai , 2) Zerodha 200 a/c openo chgs and 300 AMC, good interface, delivery based trade 0 brokerage, used for 3-4 months no problem 3) don't know about Upstox but it is said to be totally free no AMC no account opening chgs In my opinion zerodha best, can try upstox I cant review as I have not used it

@Student Using 9 upstox account for over 2 years , I paid 0 opening charges , 0 AMC Easy to use interface. 20 rupees brokerage for delivery. No problem with sme's too.

Zero brokerage is for individual accts.. if you have LLP trading account than Zerodha charges Rs. 20 brokerage per order (1% if the order value is less than 20 K)
